Our mini-vacay over to the desert was splendid...perfect weather...staying with great hosts, them Gahrs...did so much in just a few days...it's a 2 1/2 hour ride there...swimming, casino run, golf, meet up with our former across the street neighbors, the Morrises, food, drinks and loads of tales of now and the before now...shoot, could only happen with the Mackles harboring Sammi...one weird thang...while I was swimming in the humongous pool at the World Mark in Indio, I was the only one in it...was told that yesterday, the pool was slammed...must have been due to the weekend...
The collegiate football is now in the formulation phase for the post season...the jockeying for the ten billion bowl games...and those elite who will be in the final 4 for the championship...here is a quickee of me thoughts...
'Bama, Notre Dame, and Clemson are all locks for the final 4...the last team TBD...
In the Pac 12 anyone can beat anyone...Ducks played better in their win over Chip's UCLA, USC survived in a clash with the Bevos, who are still finding their way, WSU in a low scoring win in the Palouse, over a game, but full of gifts, Bears, and finally the surprise teams of the league, both Arizonas, improving every time out...

NBA...the tale of the LaLa Lakers...the HC, Luke Walton, met up with the GM, and was given a 'notice to perform' better ultimatum...win or he is out...ah ha, sounds about right, with any team that has LeBron on it, the coach gets fired...traveled up to PDX to take on the Blazers...who have been owning the Lake Show, lately....nope, not last night...James and Co, trounced Portland...here we go again, the PDX coach has NO clue defensively...and had NO ONE that could match up with LeBron...2 ships passing in the northern lights?...

I have been paying close attention to the senate race in Tennessee...as for most of the past 3 or 4 months, the Repub, Marsha Blackburn, has had a 7-10 point advantage over the Demo, Phil Bredeson....not so fast, my fellow blogsters...the latest poll out of the Tennessean, has the race in a DEADLOCK!...see above to rumored voting pattern...
