VOTE!

Morning, kids....did you turn your clocks BACK?...remember this little ditty, spring forward, and fall back...there you go...etched in your brain forever...if not already there...and...if you haven't done this yet...VOTE!...the date is Tuesday to get 'er done...listen, I understand both sides of the dilemma...and I respect what you think...may not agree with it, but will listen to your rationale...but put up or shut up...do the right thing and actually VOTE!...then we can see what the majority really wants...at least of those who care enough to VOTE!...the latest NBC Poll I saw this am, had the Demos up 7 points...does that trigger you to get out and be counted?...

Our mini-vacay over to the desert was splendid...perfect weather...staying with great hosts, them Gahrs...did so much in just a few days...it's a 2 1/2 hour ride there...swimming, casino run, golf, meet up with our former across the street neighbors, the Morrises, food, drinks and loads of tales of now and the before now...shoot, could only happen with the Mackles harboring Sammi...one weird thang...while I was swimming in the humongous pool at the World Mark in Indio, I was the only one in it...was told that yesterday, the pool was slammed...must have been due to the weekend...

The collegiate football is now in the formulation phase for the post season...the jockeying for the ten billion bowl games...and those elite who will be in the final 4 for the championship...here is a quickee of me thoughts...
'Bama, Notre Dame, and Clemson are all locks for the final 4...the last team TBD...
In the Pac 12 anyone can beat anyone...Ducks played better in their win over Chip's UCLA, USC survived in a clash with the Bevos, who are still finding their way, WSU in a low scoring win in the Palouse, over a game, but full of gifts, Bears, and finally the surprise teams of the league, both Arizonas, improving every time out...
SDSU keeps winning...somehow...Coach Rocky has a knack...
Army beat the entire Air Force, and is in a wondrous season...
Ohio St narrowly edged Nebraska, who's coach Frost, just has to be questioning his move to them Cornhuskers...
and finally, my report on Shepherd College...the Rams are 7-2, with their significant loss, to Notre Dame, er ND College...diff from the elite 4 one...ha ha...

NBA...the tale of the LaLa Lakers...the HC, Luke Walton, met up with the GM, and was given a 'notice to perform' better ultimatum...win or he is out...ah ha, sounds about right, with any team that has LeBron on it, the coach gets fired...traveled up to PDX to take on the Blazers...who have been owning the Lake Show, lately....nope, not last night...James and Co, trounced Portland...here we go again, the PDX coach has NO clue defensively...and had NO ONE that could match up with LeBron...2 ships passing in the northern lights?...

The ongoing tale of the Honduran refugees...as they march towards our southern border...I keep wondering who is funding their trek?...somebody is...no talk of this...according to Trump, there are some very bad guys in the masses...thus, he has sent some 15,000 troops to the border in preparation....there are those, saying the bulk of the walkers, are women and children...there you go, a conflict of info...yet, in a month or so, we will have a standoff, like no other...by then, we shall have the results of the midterms...and Donny just may have his hands full of other issues...internal ones...

I have been paying close attention to the senate race in Tennessee...as for most of the past 3 or 4 months, the Repub, Marsha Blackburn, has had a 7-10 point advantage over the Demo, Phil Bredeson....not so fast, my fellow blogsters...the latest poll out of the Tennessean, has the race in a DEADLOCK!...see above to rumored voting pattern...

A very curios action is about to come about in some states...for the next 2 days the price of gasoline is to plummet!...what?...well, now, you don't think that it has anything to do with the upcoming midterms, now do you?...naw, no way...

Netflix's 'House of Cards' returns this month, minus the star, well, the male star...and yes, we have a lady Prez...if you are one of the millions who dig this show, it's right back at ya...and we will watch it...it's on our agenda...

This is a headline?...c'mon Yahoo, you are better than this...the Biebs got a face tattoo...hey, Donny, is he a US Citizen?...send ICE his way and get the lowdown...speaking of that, we missed Boz this year, with his version of 'Lowdown'...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
