Veteran's Day

It is the least that we, the people, can do...pay honor to those who have served in the armed services of our country...albeit, it was actually Sunday, but MOST are in celebration...today...a public holiday...somehow, it gets lost in what Trump is doing, or not doing, in Paris...try, oh try, to put him aside for the time being...give our accolades to those who deserve it...VETERANS DAY!...

The fires in California, are just devastating and still...out of control...have not heard the cause of yet...I know that in the Santa Barbara/Montecito one of last year, it's duration had to with these Santa Ana Winds...just a reminder for all...at some point in time, put everything on your computer...so your memories will not be lost...

We have a really early tee time...7:18...and expect some high winds while out in the east county....

Must mention an NFL game of yesterday...the mighty Titans of Tennessee mauled the New England Pats...cuz, today, I just can't say that they mauled the Patriots...doesn't seem right...a HUGE step for the franchise!...Marcus Mariota had a splendid afternoon...TT, did not...smiles...

The Trailblazers are better...much better...witness the handling of the Celtics last eve in PDX...had a huge first half lead, gave it away...well sort of...Boston got hot and hit a humongous amount of 3 balls...and Portland got tuff, and finished the game off, right...

Michele Obama's interview by Robin Roberts...very candid and surprisingly so...usually, these can be not so...so many personal struggles, she had to wade through...of course, not lost is the feelings she has for Trump...which, my good friends, are NOT positive...and rightfully so...

Why this country doesn't have the same mechanism for all states to vote, and then count votes...is beyond me...should be all mail in voting...yea, that would almost be ALL of what goes and comes in the mail these days....so, we would not have to endure the insane Trump tweets about voting...

Alrighty then, I get to get outta here...respect the Vets...always...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
