Unprecedented Numbers

Morning, kids...what's happening in your world?...something rattled around in me brain this am, about the changes that your President has made thus far in his Regime management...I did a count, and have the number at 37...THIRTY SEVEN!...unprecedented...after 2 years of being at the helm...alas, if one is to compare that to other past Presidents, well, it doesn't...both Clinton and Obama had a huge changeover just after being elected, doing a switcheroo with their counsel...but, as far as Cabinet Members?...yea, you know the answer to that...not sure why anyone would really want to serve in his administration....I digress...

We finished this season of 'The House of Cards'...well, I didn't see that coming...had a notion, but naw...doesn't seem too presidential, but I am getting used to that...in real terms...sure, I am being ambiguous, as to not ruining it for you...ah, the show that is...let me know what you think...

Hanging chads...deja vu...the state of Florida is doing a recount of their votes...really...for the seats of Governor and Senator...now there is a region in the US that are truly split in their beliefs and political sides...I'm not sure when I have seen a time, when a political dude, conceded, and then rescinded...happened there in the Guv race...

There appears to be a rift between the leaders of France and well, us, the US...French President Macron spoke out at the meeting of 60 global leaders in Paris, that 'there is a difference in Patriotism and Nationalism'...obviously referring to Trump's boast of being a Nationalist...this coincides with the remembrance of the end of the 'Great War'...WWI...man, is that a misnomer...there are no great wars...so, Donny, canceled his part in it, as there was too much rain...what?...mess up his hair...is this tongue in cheek?...

Charade...what could have been...smoking mirrors...a different form of ruling...

Other...

Not a good day for my collegiate football teams...the Ducks looked unprepared yet again...in their trek to Salt Lake City...and lost to a banged up Utah team...I have been giving this coaching staff a pass most the entire season...not now...the OC's predictability of play calling destroys the natural ability of the QB...2nd and 9, most every series...look for the QB to get out of Eugene THIS season....and lordy, the SDSU Aztecs stunk it up out at the Q...losing to the Rebs of UNLV...who really dominated the game...out hit 'em, and out thought 'em...I say, bloody well done, Rebels...

'Bama may not run the table after all...as their savior last season in the champ game, went down with an injury...the lefty QB...if Oklahoma had a D, they would be in the final 4...they don't and won't be...Wassou is the only hope for a spot...from the Pac 12...yet, in the computers, they still have the Dawgs higher...go figure...the Civil War, could be an orange fest...well, festival....I like the coaching of the Bevos...

There is this fellar, that is pretty dang funny...we happened on to his show from Netflix...now, I'm gonna tell you he is particularly gross at times (who uses gross anymore?)...but, if you are in for some not so subtle humor...try it out...Ron White...part of the troupe of Jeff Foxworthy and Bill Engvall...'Tater Salad'...

I had over 3,300 hits yesterday...mostly from Google...is this a computer error, or real?...hmmm, anyway, keep right on a reading...and let's hope the fires up north STOP!!!

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
