OP-ED

These are trying times, don't ya'll think?...the walls of the republic are apparently much thinner than this President would like...it's not like the ad for 'what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas'...nope, not one bit...but Trump would prefer that...in HIS White House...let's be very clear...the man has reached a breaking point...PARANOIA!...listen, it is time for all of us to watch out for bizarre statements, actions, and directions from this guy...ha ha, I mean extremes...

The latest (as of yesterday) was a scathing article out of the New York Times...from an internal body of that same White House...called an OP-ED...which stands for 'Opposite of the Editorial Page'...really a misnomer for what the letters are...it truly is similar...the bulk of the written word was that there are people in the know, that are there to protect us from Trump...this, a day after the announcement of Woodward's book, 'Fear'...back to back, proclamations of what is really happening behind the closed doors of the White House...

Here triggers that'PARANOIA' of Donny...it is an 'unnamed source within the WH'...he (Trump) is reportedly 'volcanic'...wants to find out the leak...he calls it 'TREASON'...just imagine, kids, what it is like in his inner circle...so, sure, some of the stations out there were doing their own investigations as to whom the source is...the Horse guessed Sarah Huckabee Sanders...I've heard Kellyanne Conway, as her hubby is reportedly a non Trumper...some serious analysts were saying VP Mike Pence...geez, this rivals Watergate's 'Deep Throat'...so very interesting, is that ALL of the people there...are DENYING it...

Maybe more than we think...in the fall of Nixon, there were pipelines of information...that doomed him...and the President fell victim to this same 'PARANOIA'...firing people that surrounded him...to protect himself...rumors abounded, that Nixon was going to have tanks surround the White House...hmmm, Deja Vu?...

Lost in the latest shuffle of words...written words...are a couple of things...one being the 'Russian Collusion' and the other, the Senatorial Quiz of Donny's choice for the Supreme Court...Judge Brett Kavanaugh...er, the confirmation hearings...let me say, that I believe he was chosen by Trump for one reason ALONE...that his past shows that he would rule in favor of 'not indict a sitting President'...

Of course both parties are getting their digs and praise for this man...but I don't know if I have ever heard a more eloquent or telling question asked...this by our Senator from Cali...Kamala Harris...'Have you spoken to anyone about Special Counsel Mueller's investigation about whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia to throw him the '16 election?'...he could not answer...7 minutes later, there was still no response...

Then she fired one more...'do you know of any laws that the government has power to make over the male body?'...he was dumbfounded...she pressed on 'male versus female'...he finally relented, "I'm not aware of any right now, Senator"...

He will be confirmed and this is just a few examples of what we, the American People, will be getting...

I suppose we are not at all surprised by many of the things I have talked about today...there are those out there, his 30% of Conservatives, that none of this makes any difference to them...but, for the rest of us...the other SEVENTY PERCENT, it does...to see it in written word, and in telephone conversations...texts and Tweets...the list is endless...I wonder, here out loud...how much of this will the Congressional types absorb...and just when will they, too...say 'enough is enough'...
