Game 3

The norm in the NBA is to win at home...in the Finals, that theory can become tricky...this is a best of 7 set...of course, the longer the match goes, the more the interest...and the pixel stations lurve it...like in this case, if the team with the home court advantage...the one with the better regular season record...Golden State...wins the first 2 games in Cali, which they did...puts huge pressure on the team, 0-2, them Cavs, to win at their site in Ohio...I suppose all this I just said, is common knowledge and petty...

However, there is a way to change momentum in sport...and that is to win convincingly!...happened back in the day...way back, when the Portland Trailblazers won their ONLY crown...down 2 and they won game 3 in Orygun...and turned it all around against the highly favored Dr J's Philly 76ers...our leader was the infamous, Bill Walton...gosh, that was a great time for the city, state and the beloved followers...

Back to now...the 'analysts' are split on who will win this game 3...the point spread is 5, favoring the visiting Warriors...so, Vegas, has a bit more of an angle...so, you are saying, 'what about you, Horse?'...this length of time between games, helps the leg weary LeBron...to recover, as he has logged extreme minutes on the floor...but, it also allows the injured Iggy, to mend...and if HE is back, and is mobile...GS will get it...bet it?...naw...and this...let's look at historical stats...in the NBA finals, the team that is down 2-0, have won the championship only 4 out of 33 times...

Every once in a while a term pops up that I think will stick...as the preliminary stages of the mid terms is upon us...yesterday it was Cali's...for governor, the main vote getter was a Demo...substantially greater...Gavin Newsome...well, now this is a liberal state, so no big surprise...BUT, throughout the country, the early results are favoring the Democrats...the term?...the pending, maybe imminent, 'Blue Wave'...

To be fair and impartial...a couple of my 11 sources used this as their HEADLINE...that the Trump backed Repub for Gov of Cali, qualified for the November election...John Cox...made a big deal of the fact that he was a Trump product...let the games begin...

The uninvited guests of the White House, the NFL Champs, the Philadelphia Eagles...POTUS got OUT of his lane on this one...stirred up more than he needed to...accused the Eagles of 'kneelers'...no, DJT, these players that you used in your picture, as proof...NEVER, EVER, knelt during the playing of the anthem...what he showed, were some players PRAYING prior to the game...listen, Trump, THEY don't like you...and the division is getting larger...witness to what the stars of the two NBA finalists said...LeBron and Curry, that they would not go to the White House, EITHER...

I have this unnerving feeling...that under this regime we just may have the greatest separation of races, since the early 60's...and that is TERRIFYING to me...we had melded...and now not...am I seeing this incorrectly?...summers can be very tough on these feelings...

OK, let's get outta there...20 years ago today, HBO launched a 30 minute sitcom...that just tickled the little woman...she would get up and dance at the opening music sequence...and would do a CAN'T miss of this show...'gotta get home to see it'...wherever we were...woman empowering it was...'Sex In The City'...gulp, and I watched it, too...

For your delight...you do know we canceled the HelloFresh...so we are tackling our own recipes...came upon this one yesterday...tri tip roast...a 'fool proof' method of cooking it...and it was DEELISH...marinate with Worsty Sauce, and plenty of salt and pepper...sear it in very hot oil in a cast iron skillet... put in a 425* oven, fat side down, drop the temp to *350...30 minutes bring er out...rest for 10-15...cross cut...and voila!...you can thank me later...

CMA Fest Week in Nashville...talk about missing the boat...I can't believe I didn't plan this...started last nite with Carrie at the Grand Ol Opry...and everyone who is anyone, is playing all over the city...sheesh...turn on to NBC's Today Show for Blake, like right now...

How do you feel about this?...many of the killers that shoot up the children in our schools...I'd like to say this is isolated, but it's not...are not charged with their murders as an adult...that age crap...is BS...oops, I guess you can see how I feel on this...

The disgusting Padres...ha ha...in a mauling last night...14-1...to Atlanta...like 180* from the prior game...today, we are to have an all reliever game...which means, a long shot for a W...isn't there someone in El Paso (our AAA team) that can go?...boooooooooo...
