Morning, kids...can't believe it is FRIDAY!...yet, we are still not in the day to day, sunshine mode...dagnabit...love it when you wake up to nothing but the light of the sun...right?...now, if we went 5 miles inland, we would...it's the marine air...if it sounds like I am complaining, slap me right now...well, it was kind of a slow day for grandiose stories, but what I have are...

POTUS's wife, FLOTUS...made an appearance...hey, that should be with !!!...meeting with 'leaders' on the immigration issue...I'm gonna tell you, it is the first time that I have heard her speak since, the alleged 'Obama cover' one...is this the new ploy, to get her in the mix?...she travelled in a top coat that had a saying on it...basically, 'who cares, I don't'...to that, it loses ALL HER CREDIBILITY!...listen, they are on shaky grounds in the first place...with the American public...I can't make this stuff up...

Could you imagine EVER, like in a million years...Jackie Kennedy wearing something like that?...

The suddenly lifeless Padres are turning south...lost 5 in a row...pitching pretty well, but the O has been absent...AWOL...even with the return of our all star Wil Myers...one game at a time, Horse...one game at a time...

The NBA Draft was done last eve...no surprises...the poorest record teams draft first and got the pick of the lot...my take?...Phoenix will be better...2 nice pix...the Golden St Warriors got another Iggy type that can help them right away...lordy, have NO idea about the PDX selection...they need a swing dude and drafted another guard...

Really...the item on the table in the NBA is not the draft...it is where LeBron James and Kawhi Leonard are heading...too many rumors to feel like guessing...Philly, LaLa, Houston, and Cleveland are the probables...

How about this for stats...and not in hoops or beisbol...POTUS made a stop in Minnesota for a pep rally...imagine...and these are analysts numbers, not mine...he rambled on for an hour...and made 29 questionable comments...one every 2 minutes...and HALF of those were on immigration...who needs facts?...when you are the sitting Prez?...OK, this is according to the Washington Post...I can't recall, are they on the 'Fake News' list?...does that word CREDIBILITY creep back into this?...doesn't he have to use truths?...you know, he IS the President...yes, he really is...

Former US Rep to Congress, Diane Black...out of Tennessee...Repub...is now running for that's state governor...she is noted for being fine on adoption for couples...just not for same-sex couples...and there you go...what world are living in?...is this the 50's?...

So you go to a ballpark to watch a Major League Game...sit for like 3 or 4 hours...eat, drink, talk and be merry...nowadays, between innings, the local team will fill the time slots with kiss cams, guess the winning helmet, dizzying quotes by the players, and the shooting of shirts out to the crowd...amongst other thangs they can dream up...to be fair, not everyone is paying attention to what is going on...so be it, at a game in Philly...they dreamed up a 'shoot hot dogs' out to the patrons...and, you got it, one slammed into a gal in the face...she got injured...lawsuit pending...I can't make this stuff up...

Somehow the latest fall in the Stock Market can be connected to the fall of the Padres...have had 5 straight days of losing...makes sense that a rebound is on order...so, get off your arse, people and go bet a quid on the stocks and the San Diego Padres...they will both be winners today...

ABC just lurved the idea of recasting the oldie but oldie show, 'Roseanne'...I did not say goodie, on purpose...alas, ran into some star problems...had to axe the lead, Roseanne Barr...but the company still likes the idea of what's left...gonna run with it...but call it 'The Connors'...I give it 5 weeks and or less...

So what are you all doing on this fine Friday?...going on a trip?...go shopping?...taking a swim?...a bike ride?...you a hiker?...hit the beach?...you DO know it is summer, right?...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
