What is supposed to be grandeur of the greatest marriage of this decade...the Royal Wedding in Great Britain...is turning out to be more of a debacle...cuz the wife to be, has a family full of issues...ie, the dad not wanting, er able...to attend and give his daughter away...the idea that many of her fam have no tix to the event...sure seems like there are problems all over this...now, this is just speculation, kids....

My oh my, the beloved Padres!...ha ha...some might call me hypocritical...my son and I have been harping on this item for a long while...that we have some 'long relievers' that are better than our 'starters'....talking pitching you all...one being, Lyles...Mgr Green must have been reading me blog...and moved him into the starting rotation...and yesterday, had a PERFECT game going into the 8th inning...WOW!...ended up, allowing a solo hit and SD won 4-0...keep reading, Mgr Green...I'll get you by....
With all the 'for sure' signs for the King...yes, he will 'will' his Cavs to victory in game 2 of the series with the Celts...the pundits were almost in unison, predicting the Cleveland win...not so fast, 'experts'...Boston clobbered 'em...again...more defense, more energy, more techniques...and get this...many of the key points were directly related to LeBron...his lack of D, especially the effort phase...was key...how does the Coach get the rest of the team to react, when the 'star' doesn't?....
The NBA, also had their draft lottery last night...who gets to pick in what order...here's what gets me...they put them balls into the hopper, just like the ones used in Keno...draw them out...but here is my beef...they do it behind closed doors...this ALWAYS makes me question the process...seems shady to moi...you know, it's like the 'People's Votes' on Idol...what are the actual votes?...'trust us'...
Not that we have a problem with any voting tabulation in this country...hmmm, the Popular Vote does not even get you elected Prez!...ah, I know this is not sports...but, the dudes who set up this country...to help guide the commoners...from making unwise choices...they set up 'The Electoral College' to get the right guy in...hmmm, that's 2 and 1/2 CENTURIES ago...maybe, just maybe, a tweak in this antiquated system would be a proper step in our election process...at least, they would count the Western States votes!...I digress...
Not much been said lately, about PEDS...until, yesterday...as the star 2B from the Mariners, Robinson Cano, got hit with an 80 game suspension...for using illegal something...he said it was not PEDS...well, then what?...I still see some blokes that are huge!...like the way many guys were in the 90's...the height of the PEDS epidemic...

There was the 'Fireside Chat's' of FDR...then, the emergence of the TV tube...and then the Prez would come on it, and give the 'State of the Union'...all stations would cover it...originally, it was 3 of 'em...now it is like 20 or so...from all different angles of the spectrum of politics...now, it has been reduced to a 'Tweet'...a paragraph of info to the Twitter World...from all times of the night and day...I think this paragraph is TOTAL sarcasm...
