Saturday Night Live

Not sure when the 'new' time slot for NBC's Saturday Night Live was construed...but, I like it...gives us early to bed types, a chance to watch it...yes, there is lots of sarcasm...just way too much fodder for the writers from this present administration...I reckon...so, to sift thru it all, week after week...gosh, how can they miss?...last night's host, featuring her 'Sarah Palin' routine, was Tina Fey...usually, their skits, after the opening act, are comparable to the LP's of the 50's and 60's...mostly filler...not so anymore...hit after hit after hit...

We spent most of the day over at the off track, Striders...betting the ponies, having some bubbly, and feasting on some dang good food...the place was packed...and to occupy a booth, it costs some scratch...you do the above, and it takes care of the seats...our normal one, cost $300!...which, BTW, sat vacant the entire day...don't understand the rationale...anyhoo, Justify won the Preakness...in a rainy, miserable day there...2 legs down, so to speak...and the toughest and final leg, the Belmont...remains in a few weeks...yes, I hit it...but there wasn't the big hit that we all wanted...

I hear this...that the press has been seeking out the errors of Prez T way too much...taking things out of context and elaborating on them...sensationalizing them!...making mockery of the top position in our land...well...yes, in some cases...but duh, there are so many areas of concern...and it comes straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak...I dunno, don't you have to find humor in some of this crap...there you go, SNL...but I mean, 'welcome back Melanie, instead of Melania'...hmmm, maybe he indeed is welcoming back a Melanie...ha ha...

So how are you reacting to the 16th school shooting of this year?...the stories of the victims and their families, the first responders, the assassin...the never ending mountains of 'thoughts and prayers' by the politicians...this tale has been repeated so much...it is time, TIME, to do something about it...listen people, you KNOW what needs to be done...

The suddenly lovable Padres...won again in Pitt...terrific pitching by Clay Richards...timely hitting...decent D...and there you go...every step is a positive one...6-2 W...sounds nice, huh...

Just as the Horse predicted, the Cavs pounced all over the Celts in Cleveland...today, the Warriors host the Beard and his Rockets...HUGE game to tell us where this series will go...

And this to culminate the Horse for this fine Sunday...now, this is all allegedly...a MOLE was said to infiltrate the Trump Campaign, via the FBI...a Cambridge Professor...gosh, here we go again...is this more of the Biggest Witch Hunt?........hey, who is the witch?...
