Terrifying in Toronto

Morning, kids...a look around at what just transpired...another mass destruction day in the world...almost ho hum, however...let's not go there...this time in Toronto, Canada...a terrifying near mile of destruction...the scenario?...a rental van...that drove into a crowded area of ordinary...people...this time, a bit different...as the killer, drove on the sidewalk...hitting whomever he could...

10 dead, and many injured...the driver of the van, was captured...we all feared that it was yet another 'Jihadist'...maybe not...the history of the slayer, points towards a deranged person...still, he had a blueprint to follow...and carried it out...just what have we come to?...a total waste of mankind...

You ever been in a Waffle House?...tiny, almost diner like, eateries...that blanket the south...the waffles, are not Belgian, but the older types...that sets the stage for the killings of the weekend...somehow....anyway, the cops found the assassin hiding in the woods, not far from where he lives...or LIVED...and yesterday, a video surfaced of an incident of a gal being handcuffed at yet another Waffle House in Florida...weird world we live in, right now...

Weird?...geez, how about them Pads...just after I lambasted them for the lack of O...they put up a 13 spot on the scoreboard...and I am not talking them striking out that many times...but...actually RUNS!...in Denver...where there was thunder, lightning, and lots of rain...and they played on...bask in the glory of that, SD...hey, there is an expectation of...get this...snow...in Colorado, today...normally, after a team scores a bunch one day, they get blanked the next...er, blanketed in the white stuff... ha ha...

Just had to watch the Utah Jazz and the OKC Thunder...it's in Salt Lake...people are bonkers for them Jazz there...and they took it to the under achieving OKC...near fights throughout...and the play almost mimicked a hockey game...no kidding...love to see Westbrook and Melo go down...they are now up 3-1...way way cool...

OK....and now I am finally at 90%+...it took THAT long to recover from the food poisoning thinger...it has been hellacious...I will not lie...

Tonight!...we have a concert out at Sycuan...the one and only...and multi talented, and mighty pleasing to the eyes...Sara Evans...listen, I HAD to be recouped by today...you know any of her stuff?...no better song than "I Could Not Ask For More"...hey, and later on this week, we have Art Garfunkel...

The NFL draft is Thursday...lots of jockeying for position...who gets the top picks and all...the hot topic is what QB goes here or there...I laugh at the notion...the 'experts' have 5 of them going in the first round...relax, fans...any of the five have the ability to make it in the bigs...just have to have the right team at the right time...for moi, the best prospect?...the kid from USC...can't miss...big, tough, and durable...
