Reality
It's been a week or so, since we had a mass shooting...alas, we got one yesterday...this time a woman...who went out for vengeance at the 'You Tube Headquarters' in San Bruno, Cali...shot 3, then took her own life...now the investigation...she was Muslim...and the why's are now piling up...just try to avoid the issue...you can't...it is everywhere...I see no reason to name her...the authorities?...of course, but the rest of us?...nope...BREAKING...she was from San Diego...egads...
I can't even believe I saw this...POTUS wants to increase the military at the border...something is bugging me here...why?...this border wall nonsense...now the growth of the armed guards?...throw in the tariffs from China...alarming...not exactly sure where this is going...is there a plan?...
Protests...as my blog stated that there was unrest in the education field in some states...one being Oklahoma...and now...there is an answer by the Governor there...called the teachers who were voicing their displeasure by marching in the streets, "acting like teenagers who want a better car"...yup, that'll get her done...this will escalate, kids...er, I mean, teenagers...
It's been 50 years since the devastation of assassin bullets that took the lives of two leaders of that era...Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy...nobody can imagine the affect that it had on us, the youth, at that time...I was going to college...it was a time of pure chaos...the Civil Rights Movement...the Vietnam War...listen, there were protests everywhere...and two of the people that sought justice, were unjustly taken from us...tragic...
Let's switch gears...
I have to talk the FIRST WIN by them Padres!...no longer without a victory...a couple of notable items, within the happy faces...maybe more relieved...of the SD dudes...the pitcher who made the comeback, Tyson Ross...was pretty much given up on...showed flashes of his old self...went 6...HUGE!...and the rookie 3B, Christian Villanueva...hit 3 home runs...wait, THREE DINGERS!...let's hope that the Mgr Green can figure this out...leave CV out there, and put Headley on the bench...geez, I knew I couldn't be totally positive...
The Masters starts up mañana...the betting world is askew...the heart is going with Tiger...as he has been knocking at the door, quite a bit in the past 6 weeks...a strong maybe for moi...but, I think you have to watch who has a quick start...like Bubba...maybe Lefty...whatever, it is the ONE golf T, that I try to watch what ever they will feed us...such a beautiful course...on my bucket list...hint hint, son...
Our friends the Mackles...them crazy two...brought us a book on RVing...as we are contemplating the journey...of attacking the road, or, even buying one...eventually...however, first we rent one...see if it is us...oh yea, the book...it is the 'Idiot's Guide'....how appropriate...
Reality...I had to vacate the condo, as there was the housekeep here...gassed up the Beamer...headed on over to the coast...stopped at Starbucks...and then lounged at the beach...terrific weather...so many families strutting out to the sand...way way cool...and I watched the airplanes overhead taking off...I am stunned by the power of them...and how we take for granted the companies that make them work...
Did you know that denim is coming back into style?...like jumpsuits?...it's all recycling, kids...er, teenagers...

Finally...this is some big news out of the Nashville's rag, The Tennessean...Carrie (Underwood) is upset about a goal that was taking away from the Predators...heads will roll...you see, her hubby is a star of the team...and well, she is Carrie and she can make things happen...
