Mayhem

Morning, ya'll...what you think of this 'new look' of me blog?...will try it for a bit, and see how it goes...so much went on yesterday...there has been this, that, and whatever...happening out there in this crazy world of ours...

 I did purchase the James Comey Book...'A Higher Loyalty'...and got right into it...it is a GREAT read...he starts with his youth and what he went through...and on to being a lawyer and then AG...have not got to his FBI days, yet...an eye opener...I have a feeling about him...

Coincidentally, last night on CNN...Anderson Cooper had Comey on, in a town hall meeting at his graduation college of William and Mary...he is likable and the rub I got was a bit different from what I was reading...I think I heard he was going to teach a class there, next year...hmmm...

Boom!...make that BOOM!...as we cruised thought Netflix...and happened on this special that they were running...TRUMP...a 4 part series on him...starting with his real and political life...pretty much when he started his Tower building in Manhattan...the methods he began with...on up to his ventures into Atlantic City in the casino business...

The series does not shy away from the personal angle...as they use testimonials from people that surrounded him...my early take, after completing 2 of the episodes...is that he totally self absorbed...get outta the way, if you are soft...I am getting a very eerie feeling about this...well, downright scary...I'll hold judgment...

Seems like there is going to be a crash course a coming between Trump and Comey...hardly...James Comey is but a mere pixel on the massive DJT screen...of a million pixels...

We move on...

Of course, the POTUS candidate for the VA position, Ronny Jackson, withdrew himself from the position...the hits just keep right on a coming...

Not so with them Padres...as they lost their latest series in Colorado...and in the final game...struck out a mere 16 times!...there has to be a record to be gained here...most strikeouts by a team...just have to be in the picture...they have a hitting coach?...really?...

The Cavs beat the Pacers at the buzzer...as the King hit a 3 spot...and Cleveland went bonkers...the controversy?...James blocked a layup on the backboard in the waning seconds, just prior to the winning shot...Indy was calling out 'GOAL TENDING!'...the refs called nuttin....of course...so, the Horse watched it...gulp, I think 'no call' was right...there you go, the FIRST time I have ever sided with the zebras...

If you are a NFL junkie...then this day is all yours...as the draft day is upon us...used to be...we'd care...when the Bolts were stationed here...now, I gaze at what the Titans do...I digress...the top 10 picks are always interesting...any late trades?...listen, the top two rounders, all play huge minutes for whomever drafts 'em...still, who will the Browns draft first?...

The next business shuttering doors?...this is like an epidemic, huh...Subway...really?...the number given was 500 of their stores...

The USA Today is running an article, 'What does the average American pay in taxes?'...right...of course, it depends on so much...it is not a simple thang...they did say the average salary is $74,000...there you go, how do you compare?...

Tie this in to when Trump started his towers in Manhattan...he would restructure whatever he could, WITHOUT having to pay taxes to the city...and the powers to be, let him get away with it...wouldn't it be nice if we all could do this?...(The Beach Boys)....

Recall that foo, Ball?...the bloke with the 3 kids...one in the NBA with the LaLa Lakers...the other two, now homeschooled...and playing pro hoops in Yugoslavia or somewhere over yonder...he's been kind of silent...well now, he pulled them from Europe, naming the coach there, as the problem...I can't makes this up...yea, and one of the two, has registered as eligible for the NBA draft...and with the 25th pick of the 2018 NBA draft, the Portland Trailblazers pick the entire Ball fam...I digress..

More mayhem...after like 6 straight days of downers, the Stock Market opened UP!...does anyone have a clue?...

Finally, Michael Cohen...where do you think all his stuff is going to end up?...I think the Demos are frothing at their mouths...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
