Opening Day
We are as we speak, tied for first...or last, depending on how you look at things...if you go by the latest and I do mean LATEST, Sports Illustrated...the author of the article has us dead last...actually winning fewer games than in '17...balderdash...the over/under in Vegas has grown to 74...we will be a contender, much to the amazement of the rest of the beisbol world...mark my words, on 3/29/18...
Yup, no longer have half season tix....lawdy, we just can't go that often...but there are some peops in the home here, that have full season jobbies...which they will post, and we will grab 'em...one set is in the most preferred area for M, the Omni Club...and yea, every game is on the pixels, too...not like in LaLa Land, where it is blacked out all over the city...
I mentioned the Bums/Giants...their opening day game was postponed...the sewer line backed up at Chavez Ravine...ONTO the field...oh my, ain't that the shits!...reminds me of the flick that starred Ben Stiller, 'Meet The Fockers'....good gawd I laughed out loud at that movie...and will watch it over and over...and still LOL!...
The Pads are stronger offensively...will put up points, that is what you call them, right?...runs, I guess is better...but, the achilles heal...hmmm, why is that a negative?...the achilles is essential, as long as it is functioning properly...I digress...our starting pitching has to prove themselves...IFF (math terms) they do, we are in the mix...

Stormy Daniels lawyer, wants to depose the POTUS...wait, what exactly does that mean?...I read two possibilities...one is that 'to remove from office immediately'...can't be that, can it?...the other is 'to testify and give evidence (on oath), typically in a written statement'...OK, there you go...seems to me, that this would get blocked...if POTUS had any lawyers that would represent him...I can't make this stuff up...
I have mentioned the fastest growing city and area in the US of A...Nashville, Tennessee...well now, there are some issues a brewing...the cost of living there has risen but 2%, and the housing cost has a risen 8%...the masses are going there...but have to pay MORE to do so...that's it, we are out of that market...
The Horse may have been too candid on where and when we move out of where we are....after yet another very long discussion on the topic...we have settled in on staying put...way too many positives here...corner unit, with 2 usable balconies...proximity to the airport and train depot...walkable to anything we would want...restaurants, bars, off tracks, baseball games, a trolley ride to the football games, and the super market is a block away...10 minutes to the beach...and the weather...always 70*....so...we have put forth the idea for the 'getaway'...now about to do a nationwide search for a Class B camper...if you know of one, give me a text...I'm all ears...
Say it isn't so...'Roseanne'...the perfectly awful show from the past...has been resurrected and is a running again...really?...and it had some good numbers of peops watching....there is a peach for every one who wants a peach...?...
USA Today did an article about the safest places to vacay in Mexico...hmmm, that may take a lot of investigations...ha ha...but topping the list is the place I heard was not...Mexico City...they say, the downtown is extremely safe...the other ten listed, I had not heard of, outside of Tulum, where that family of 4 recently died...from the midwest...gas inhalation...but missing, were all of them you actually go to....Cabo, Cancun, Acapulco...
Star stuff...our pancake shop at the bottom of our condo...Richard Walker's...is considered a must eat at breakfast joint in the city...known for its apple pancake...well RW just had a very famous patron...the one and only Little Stevie Wonder!...well, he is no longer Little, he is now just Stevie...
Finally, I did bring out me 'authentic' Nike Covert Irons...covert?...somehow the definition doesn't match up to a golf club...Nike stopped making golf sticks....so, these could be like 'prized possessions'...anyhoo, I had 8 pars and 1 birdie with them ( in one round, mind you)...needless to say, they are permanently back in the bag...
