Here We Go Again

Another mass killing...well, make that EXECUTIONS!...this time at a high school in Florida...listen, it is happening everywhere in this country...everywhere...schools, concerts, churches, movie houses, in the streets, just everywhere...

Makes my heart break...so many people affected...and NOT just the victims...anyone near these horrific events, who has to run for their lives...or hide in a closet...or, whatever it takes to evade the path of the bullet...

This time it was 17 killings...the stories are all tragic...this time the murderer was captured...his story will become more of the issue than the REAL...ISSUE...of course, the concept of mental illness will be at the forefront...the whys, hows, and wheres...will be up front...

'Our thoughts and prayers go out to ...'...this is the mantra of the Congressional People that we have in office to make our laws...hiding behind the almighty dollar that keeps them in office...when there is REAL change needed to help in the quelling of these EXECUTIONS!...

The NRA Lobby feeds the elected officials their needed funds...and keeps the REAL legislation from happening...to get the AR-15 off the streets of the United States of America...and ALL rapid fire guns that are now readily available...

Look at the amounts of money that the Republicans get from the NRA...staggering numbers, if you look at the overall contributions...listen, there is a terrific response to this agenda...happened last eve in Portland, Oregon...when the head coach of the Golden St Warriors, Steve Kerr, was asked about the school massacre in Florida...find it and you may marvel at how he dealt with it...

It is up to US to get out and vote and get the 'RIGHT PEOPLE' elected...who will stand up to the NRA...and to do the RIGHT THING!!!!...

I read where people were giving up on this...NO!!!...as long as I have a keyboard and a computer, I will continue to address this...

Our lives are at stake...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
