Greetings From Down Under

Hey now, a big hearty HELLO ALL!...how is your morn?...great cup of french roast in hand...and yes, I am set for the day...I say 'Greetings from down under!'...well, calm down you Aussies, not from there...but from down under LaLa Land...I have a golf thinger and well, the weather is cool and sunny...so all is wunnerful here...

Not so much as far as your Senators are concerned....listen kids, the Shut Down is in day 3...and if it were up to me (and probably you) I'd (we) have them all impeached, disbarred, recalled, whatever it takes to get someone there that would do the job for those that elected them to office...to serve THE people...this self serving crap they throw out is downright disgusting...

There is a list of what is being closed, held open, paid and not paid...our military is on hold...still work, but just not getting a pay check...does that numb you a bit?...yea, me too...do the Senators still get paid?...I throw out at you, another...disgusting...

The Super Bowl is set...New England (duh) and the Philly Eagles...give the ball to Tom Terrific in the latter part of the 4th Q to win the game...and it is done...no better QB does or has existed...there was a call that the Jags are pointing to that 'cost' them the game...to me, the Pat runner was down...the defender stole the ball and figured he may have scored...whistle had blown it dead...so fuggit about scoring on it...everyone stopped...but, the replay shows to me that the ball should have been NE's...it wasn't...whatever, the Pats prevailed...

The other game was a blow out...surprisingly so...man, how many seasons ago was our Chip, Philly's boss?...and was going nowhere?...absolutely mauled the Vikings...firing on all cylinders, it was never close...38-7...thereabouts...terrific D and enough O to make this a laugher...sorry Minnnnesssottta, but it's true...one of THOSE games for you...so, the pairing is set...the Eagle crowd was chanting that they wanted 'Brady', for most of the last stanza...calm down, kids, you will get him...if that's what you REALLY want...

We've been watching the series on Netflix...Jerry Seinfeld's Coffee and Cars...something like that...kind of funny...like him...kind of funny...the premise is this...he picks up a fellow comedian in a unique car...every time a different rig...they talk, ride, and then go to a local coffee shop...and drink and eat and talk...ya'll get to know the guest in a different way...the one surprise thus far?...Sarah Jessica Parker...who appears to be a really, REALLY, fun gal...I am now in lurve with her...

For the 'can't make this stuff up' category for the day...Matt Lauer, the NBC Today Show host who got the boot, got the boot from his wife, too...from their home...and the porn star...who allegedly was accompanying Donald J, back in '06...well, sort of...has hit the 'touring bus'...performing everywhere..."Make America Horny Again' is her headline...coming to a 'celebrity strip club'  near you, soon...can't make this up...nope...

So how are the Ball Bros doing in Lithuania?...ESPN is covering them 24/7...so, it is news...right?...these are the two sons of Lavar...one who he is home schooling...wait, how does he do that from afar?...and the other who was dropped from the UCLA team...the shoplifting caper in China...the coach from there...not too happy with their style of play...geez, that really surprises me...you?...won't be long before Daddy Ball will be calling for the ouster of that coach...the pattern...

Alrighty then...I have been a writing now for pert near 10 years...give me a shout out at me email if you approve...or disapprove...or whatever...time for some nourishment, and off to Sycuan I go...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
