Hi kids...this is a QUICKSTER, as I have an early tee time...hope all is well...let's see, we have 12 days 'til Christmas...you have your agenda set?...what you are cooking?...all the presents ordered or purchased?...church times?...so much to check up on...

Alabama chose the Demo...for their senatorial seat...Doug Jones...some have heralded this as a huge upset...and a decisive vote against Prez T...well, it's NOT an upset...and the bloke who was the Repub, Roy Moore, was unfit to be the candidate...here's my take...almost half of the voting public in that state, voted for him...shouldn't one vote on the best candy man, rather than only on party lines?...however, the notion of a vote against the President...may be true...

Two of the poorer NBA teams played in the Big Apple last eve...the host Knicks and the LaLa Lakers...it was a terrific game...really...the two players that drew the most interest, NY's Porzingis (sic) and the Lake Show's Ball...each had fine games...and at one stretch, traded hoops back and forth...to the delight of the crowd...NY prevailed in OT...

Speaking of NY...the Yankees...traded away one of their highly paid dudes...Chase Headley...no, don't say this...yup, back to the Padres he went...nice, GM Preller...just what we need...and we are eating up his $12 million dollar salary...the major part was that we got a pitcher in the deal...who may pan...gave up Jabari Blash...odd, very odd...sad, very sad...

For all of the hullaballoo about the signing of the Japanese sensation, Ohtani...and the Angels of Anaheim getting the nod...the physical revealed...that...he has an elbow problem...not good for a pitcher, kids...

Yup, grab some grub...clean up...and out to the course...have a wack Wednesday...
