Baby It's Cold Outside

Top of the morning to ya'll...can't think of a better Xmas duet song...than...'Baby It's Cold Outside'...so many duos have done it, and recorded it, over time...I guess that would make it 'timeless'...like most of the Christmas stuff...just for the sake of doing so...go to iTunes and plug in that title and gander...at all the people who have sung it...fun...the one I chose was by Lady A...terrific...

Well, the entire Duck land could be singing the blues...to be contrary...as the coach, Willie Taggart...make that 'former' coach of UO, bolted...let's be honest here...have no idea if he is or was a good coach...he was at Oregon but for one season...did a heck of a job recruiting...sold a lot of kids and their families on Eugene...they must be wondering just what his word really is...the door is shut...and now the AD has major work in front of him...bring in a guy who really wants to be a Duck...not the facade they had last year...

Our plans have changed for the next couple of days...we are in the scrambling mode...our friends lost their dog...so sad...thing I hate about the life span of animals...it's never long enough...gosh...there are no words...

Is it just me?...there are more and more rules to make the NFL safer for the players...yet, there are more and more brutal hits...cheap shots...it's a violent game...don't kid yourself...but...there needs to be stiffer fines for the perpetrators...like at least 4 games...suspension...that'll do it...somewhere between the weenie owners and the players union, nobody in power wants to come down that hard on the culprits...weird...concussion protocol?...give me a break...

One of my many little quirks...during this time of the year...I get me self an Xmas puzzle...yup, the puzzle that you put together...like 1,000 pieces...and I got one yesterday...Christmas Stamps...and do it...the corners first, then the edges, and then boom...

Meghan Markle...her life, as she knew it before...is now over...has to be part of the decision to marry a prince, right?...not so sure, I'd like that...quit all the jokes, right now...

Off we went for an italian meal last eve...ventured to an oldie but goodie...Buca de Beppo...gosh, it was grand...and we even ordered the 'small'...we could feed half the people here at the home with the leftovers...but we won't...

Sophisticated...that's me...as I got the whim to make a pumpkin pie...you got that right...and, my good friends...I was told that it was the best ever made...have to admit...dang good...

Got me hairs cut...short on the sides, block the back, and leave the top long (what is remaining)...yup, they gave me the military cut anyway...$12 bucks please...5 minutes and off you go...

Horrific fire near where my son lives in...Ventura...it is brittle inland kids...down here in SoCal...we need the rain...I hear the same line for where I play golf in El Cajon...the water level is down...geez...

Let's finish today with this...it's 57* out right now...for here?...brutally cold...where is my heavy coat?...my ear muffs?...my gloves?...what's this crap about global warming?...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
