Think the 13th ain't mysterious?...just ask highly ranked Clemson and WSU about it...as they both tumbled in their matchups last eve....oh my...the former to Syracuse...what?...a program resurrecting...cool...and the latter to the Cal Bears...what?...who the Ducks recently throttled...and the Cougs just did a number on UO...go figure...on any given night...

Tonight...the game of the season for the Aztecs...as they host the entire state of Boise...wait...the blue field boys...a win and SDSU finally gets some national recognition...maybe...as does the stud RB, Rashaad Penny....named in some as a Heisman candidate...the Stanford RB is, and we popped him a good one...baby steps...baby steps...however, them Vegas blokes keep dropping the spread...down to 6...what do they know?...hmmm...

I have been hesitant to comment on the family released from the terrorists in the Pakistan area...so skeptical to the reasons for him there in the first place...hiking?...in that area and in that time?...right...his story becomes harder and harder to believe...the jury is still out...at least my vote...

The numbers are staggering due to the fires in Napa and Sonoma...34 dead and over 500 missing!...these reports, tell of the unbelievable speed of the flames...and the story of 2 couples trying to cope, by submerging themselves in their swimming pools....tragic...

The kids are here and the day becomes so much brighter!...

These PGA guys would go anywhere to win a million bucks...like Malaysia...geez, on the pixels, win Survivor...over a couple of months...and that's what you get...the golfers?...4 days...ha ha...10 minutes of playing time in the NBA for TOO MANY of the dudes...way too many...

Is this Megan Kelly thing real or made up?...you know, fake news?...somebody keeps publishing that the NBC News is tanking...cuz of her...really?...one person and the whole system fails?...that's a lot of hostility towards a single, solitary, reporter...skeptical?...you bet...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
