Superstitious?

Morning, ya'll...it's that date of dates today...Friday the 13th...of course, it just has to be in October, right?...ha ha...you one of them out there that are superstitious?...back when...I was coaching, I tried everything...same this and same that...silly things, really...but...

There are some high rises that don't have a floor 13...or some players would never wear that number...a black cat cross your path?...walking under a ladder...throw salt over your shoulder...the list goes on...you fear any of these?...I dunno, I am skeptical...

Talk about your demons...think the entire DC Nat's don't think they have them?...that beisbol team just can't get over the hump...really...in yet another loss, when it counted...to da Cubbies...in almost a never ending game of...maybe futility...so Washington's season is over...and C moves on...well, I think the better team won...for whatever that means...didn't that game finish past midnight on the 13th?...not sure...

The Thursday nighter NFL game was a beaut...two very physical teams...as the Philly Eagles marched on in Carolina...not much diff in the pair...I like the Wentz kid more than Cam Newton...there you go...that's the reason for the win...quarterbacking...what a tuff way to make a living, I tell ya...no thank you...

The WSU Cougs wiggle over to NoCal to play the Bears...hmmm...wonder if its gonna be played tonight, due to the air quality...moved?...the same fate for the Chargers at Oakland on Sunday...move it to SD?...bunch of decisions to be made rather soon, I'd reckon...

Somehow, Prez T is trying to bypass Obamacare...with a bill that does so...Rand Paul was right behind the Prez at the signing...and here's the funny part of it...if there is one...T gave the pen to Paul, who then smirked...ha ha...

The American PGA Tour is in Malaysia...what?...in the 2nd week of the '18 season...what?...and we are in October '17...what?...you GOTS to be kidding...

31 dead and over 500 missing!...the fires in the wine country...absolutely devastating...get out of there, people!...hope, beyond hope, that the missing numbers are due to location issues with the cell phones...

Fewer and fewer people are using land lines...which can be a huge problem in things like this...whereabouts of everyone...we have one, but don't use it...should we?...

So...the NBA starts up next week...here is the official Horse take on the new season...there are 3 elite teams...Golden St, Oklahoma City, and the Boston Celtics...two combustible ones in Cleveland and Houston...and pay attention to these...Philly (really), Portland, Minnesota, and the LA Clippers...geez, when there are 30 teams out there...expect some to have decent records cuz there are some very bad ones...very, very bad...
