Game 7

You want a 'win at home' series?...you got it...the Astros and the Yankees...so far, that is what it is...and this final game...Number 7...is in Houston...the game last nite was a beaut...for awhile...then the Astro bats opened up...along with a very ambiguous strike zone by the home plate umpire...walks and hits...in a bunch was the difference...and on we go to the game that puts the winner in the World Series...you have a fav?...well, I don't...

The NBA is in full swing...odd happenings with some very early injuries...leg stuff...usually happens after the season is in mid flight...affecting quite a few of the teams...

Got some get views yesterday...Golden St came back from 17 down to beat Boogie's new club, New Orleans...Pelicans?...what?...geez, he's a hard dude to ref for...could toss him almost any time...the refs don't, but I'm sure they are on the verge...Portland did another big number on the road...this time in Indy...this after beating Phoenix by 48...who lost to the Lake Show...in a disturbing lack of basketball...the Ball kid?...played well in the 'whatever that was' win...132-130...really...he does have talent...let's see...Boston, Cleveland, and Minnesota all won...

The PGA is in South Korea for their T...really?...getting to be like the LPGA...speaking of injuries...did you see that the Ladies star, Paula Creamer, is having season ending surgery on her wrist?...the Pink Panther be on the shelf...

Breaking...Prez T is releasing the JFK assassination files that up to now, have been 'classified'...this next week...very interesting...is there more there that can shed light on the case?...must be, or they wouldn't be out...you KNOW my theory...still say, one of my more intriguing trips...was to Dealey Plaza, the site of the assassination...eerie...and such a small space...

College football today...SDSU hosts Fresno St...Oregon is at UCLA...Louisville at Fl St...USC at Notre Dame...those are the games that give me the most interest...

Time for some grub and off I go to the course...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
