Scary Stuff

These extreme warm waters in the Atlantic and the Gulf...provide fuel for these hurricanes...is this a byproduct of 'global warming?'...or just a natural way that this Earth works?...or indeed, are we ourselves, the cause of them?...

As this storm, named Irma, propels toward land...it is the scariest thing we have seen for decades...there is no way to compare the onslaught of 185 mph winds...no way...it will destroy most of what man has built...and for sure, the nature, in it's path...I saw a video clip of a touch down of it on one of the Caribbean Islands...like a movie production...that is animated...that bad...

We can only hope that somehow...it loses some strength on its journey...unfortunately, I fear the result will be simply terrifying...

Other stuff...much less of importance...

Ezekiel Elliott...you following this?...the star RB of the Dallas Cowboys...the NFL suspended him for 6 games for personal conduct unbecoming a, well you know...blah blah blah...took it to a court...the suspension was upheld...yet, he can play in game number 1...what?...

This from the USA Today...and this is a reason for ya'll and your water filters...that according to the U of Minnesota researchers...that 92% of the tap water in the great USA is contaminated with plastic fibers...what?...put on your filtration system NOW...we use one of them Brita thingers...wait, that's plastic, too...OK, just get some of them bottled waters...what?...plastic, too...maybe we should get one of them big glass container things...that change out every week or so...I dunno...

So...I get this call from the great PNW...from my buddy, Snookie...he has a tix with my name on it for this Saturday's Nebraska/Oregon game...was I interested?...hmmm...looked at our miles...got a free flight and I'm there!...look out peops, the Horse cometh...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
