Concerns

Morning, kids...the latest from the North Koreans...the ICBM launch they are boasting about...and doing...are major CONCERNS for the world...they have a free wheeling dictator who has no bounds...or any sense...almost like he has a death wish...to lead his country into war...with pretty much anyone he chooses...as our country, settles in on celebrating it's birthday...

Furthering the point...whenever a tyrant feels that his country doesn't have enough within his own land, ah hem, oil...he seeks it out the aggressive way...through the act of war...never works, never has...but, throughout time, those foos try...

Let's hope that China and possibly, Russia, have similar thoughts as to us...and help control this, for lack of other names, idiot...just keep an eye on the situation...bigger than any Tweet out there...

The 4th of July...our nation's celebration of birth...I remember back when we would go to great lengths to watch the annual fireworks...or even, purchase our own to light...not down here...it's brittle, kids...so, the light show over the bay is the event of the night...a couple of years back, it went astray, and they all went 'BOOM!' at once...glitch in the computer...they say, it's all fixed and it will be a doozy...starting at 9 pm...hopefully, we get an invite to a higher, westward facing unit to watch 'em...as they expect over a half million onlookers roaming our area...

Brandle Chamblee...the Golf Channel analyst...and one of the top doubters of Tiger...amongst other things...has cast a doubt on the rule change of...not anchoring the putter...the doing away with the long thing...seems to him (and moi) that the guy who is dominating the Senior Tour, Bernhard Langer, is blatantly ignoring the rule...and still winning with it...

I am casting a huge shadow on the LA Bums...in an upper tier of the league...ie, the Nats, Yankees, and Astros...right now...but, their disregard for their own city by not televising their team throughout the area...only if you have one cable service, do you get 'em...they are costing the players them needed votes for the All Star notoriety...and...crazy more followers...many peops are ticked at them...it's all about the pixel money, kids...always follow the $....

Seems that the New Jersey boss was just a day ahead of the rest of the people...as they now have the $ to open them beaches...case closed, right?...stay outta the water, as the sharks are hungry...

Britney is in Israel for a concert...have you seen pix of her lately?...evidently, had the facial adjustment stuff...anyway, she is creating quite the storm there...ah yes, to hear a good lip-sync...

Get this...MLB umpire, Angel Hernandez, is suing the league for racial discrimination...as he is of Cuban descent, he says he is getting passed over for the better gigs...given to the white umps, in lieu...hmmm...I have seen him a bunch...he has questionable judgment in my book...but geez, don't they all?....here is a query...what % of the umps decisions are overturned by 'the replay booth in NYC?'...what ump is the worst?...ha ha...

You seen these?...4th of July jello shots...now THAT takes some innovation....what are they made of?...I suppose you can adapt to whatever...buy 'em at Ralph's?...or BevMo?...do you have to make your own?...maybe someone will bring some to the big pahtee, here at the home....ha ha, not...


Well now, I got the beer...loads of it...Bud, Bud Lite, Stone IPA, Heineken, 805, and Pacifico...there you go...ice at 3...apron on at 4...this Horse is ready to PAHTEE....

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
