Morning, kids...I have been saying this a bit, er, a lot...that it would take shooting of Congressional Members, before there is any movement towards gun control...well now...you have it...with the Majority Whip getting hit...isn't it finally time to start the ball rolling?...how many mass shootings does it take to make the Congress ACT on this?...it's time to START!...no more lobbyists filling your pockets...do the right thing...but...no!...the reaction is more of this...the Congressionals are gonna start packing....have their own handguns on them...there you go...we have reverted to the wild, wild, west...

The Padres swept the Redlegs...oh, that will put the Cincy Mgr on the hotseat...BTW, SD drafted the first 5 rounds of high schoolers, not six, as I so erroneously reported...it's a crap shoot, anyway...hey, I watched the national broadcast of your beloved Yankees...in Anaheim...this Judge kid is tearing the league up...but, c'mon...the amount of play time devoted to him is ridiculous...right?...

US Open...the journey begins today...just as soon as I finish I'll turn the pixels to it...Lefty did in fact, withdraw...to be at his daughter's graduation...she is speaking...good for him...family should be first...

The Lakers...this storied franchise is in the dumpster...now, legend Jerry West, could have returned to them...but, opted to, gulp, the Clip Joint...allegedly...and the team is looking at drafting the ultimate overblown player, the Ball kid (and to keep the thinger going, his daddy, too)...listen, there are at least 7 guys better...maybe more...unless, they can get a LeBron to join the team...it will be years more of futility...yup...

There is a movement to put together a super team to rival the Warriors...just not sure where that would be...the Spurs are too old...give them a year...the Cavs?...not coached well enough...the Celts...can't do it with a tiny guard...so where?...

Last night on the Tonight Show...Jimmy Fallon's...he had but one guest...Miley Cyrus...and, I have to admit, I was taken back a bit...she is quite the talented young lady...not as disgusting as I was expecting...let me say, this...she was very likeable...I must be softening in me old age...

The Prez is embroiled yet again...'Obstruction of Justice'...isn't this what the whole Congressional Committee thinger was all about?...how is this NEW?...right?...

Shania Twain has a new album coming out tomorrow...I am intrigued...as does Hailey Reinhardt...equally intrigued...

Everyday...I mean everyday...most of my 11 sources refer to the Bachelor in Paradise...fling...now here we go...soft porn...isn't that what it is called?...2 people hooking up on a show that is based on hooking up...what am I missing?...

Now THIS is confusing...the Huffington Post is laying off like 39 journalists...what?...who do they think they are, TMZ?...anyway, this is after their owner AOL...absorbed Yahoo...which in turn was bought out by Verizon....big fish swallowing the little fishes...

Can we just stop talking about what team was better...Jordan's era or Lebron's or Durant or Russell or Bird or Magic...can't be done...all hypothetical and a complete waste of time...right now we are watching a very good team...the GS Warriors...done...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
