Make that  Brooks Koepka...US Open Champ 2017...absolutely dominated the course, and the field on Sunday...for a runaway winner at Erin Hills in Wisconsin...big hitter (needed there),  a US Ryder Cupper (for mental stability), hit most every green (target shopper), very accurate putter (great speed)...there you go, he is to be in the next conversation of outstanding young golfers...it helped that the two who had shots, faded fast...Rickie (so many doubters out there) and the Lil Lefty, Brian Harman...BTW, Rickie WILL get his soon...

London has a set of problems that are escalating...for such a small nation, they are besieged with ethnicity...that isn't working...it's like every week there is something else going on...and it's NOT good...

A milestone in lady's hoops...Diana Taurasi...moved up as the top scorer in the history of the WNBA...way cool year for her...got married...and made more baskets...I think of her as the face of the
sport for the gals...of course, out of the hotbed of collegiate basketball, UConn...

Top Gun...the US shot down a Syrian Jet...oh my...what more can I say about the middle east?...if we stay...disaster...if we leave...disaster...this Syrian regime will do ANYTHING to stay in power...anything...Breaking...the Russians are irate about the downed jet...threatens retaliation...

Did you see that Iran shot a couple of missiles into ISIS territory?...in retaliation for the attack on their country...take a number, ISIS...

NBA chatter...what is gonna happen to the Pacer's Paul George?...the hot commodity of the league...says he is to depart after next season from Indy (sorry, Larry Bird)...thus, they are looking to trade him NOW...the suitors?...the Cavs and the Lake Show...I even heard the Blazers...no way...also...the Lakers are looking to trade away their 2nd pick in the draft...ha ha, Ball BS'ers...the one item that all are working on...beating the Warriors...


Had a terrific father's day meal at Ruth's Chris...everything first rate...service, food, atmosphere...great view of the bay...thank you me lady...and...she also got me some Vegas duds...think the Mall is dead?...oh my, just slammed!...

Beisbol...so many games it seems...as the summer commences, it is a great place to go on a lazy night...however, these dudes have been going at it for awhile now...and it's testy time...witness the Red Sox/Astros game...where back to back bean balls beget the Bosox...how they didn't brawl, was beyond me...is that alliteration, or what?...

Facebook...it is way cool to see the old pix of fathers...all over the place...my friends and their papas...what a great spot for honoring them...

Finally...heat wave...most of the country...cuz we live close to the agua...we have relatively cool nights...this, my good friends, is a GREAT thing...

It doesn't seem like a Monday to me...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
