Agony and the...

Hey, kids, how are you this fine morning?...hot hot hot here...and we are off to Vegas, baby...even hotter...pool time for us heathens...a couple of shows, a bit of the gambling thinger, and meeting up with our amigos from the Northland, them Morrises...shall be fun catching up...so, will not be posting for a bit...you know the drill...

To follow up on 'The Collision' blog...MLB ruled it like old times...no harm, no foul...the intentional strike by Rizzo was deemed not punishable...which in truth means this...the rule they implemented after the Posey Beat Down....is no more than lip service...have at it baseball guys...it is open season on the catchers...you want your collisions at the plate?...you got 'em...

So if one is to go back to old school ball...why in the hell didn't SD retaliate on him last nite?...instead, gave up a lead off dinger...back when, they would  have plunked him...in the back...very disappointed in the Pads...well, in MLB leadership in general...Joe Torre...he must be thinking, 'it's only the Padres, and we can't be censuring our cash cow, the Cubbies!'...the finger to him...yup, that one...I digress...

Are you trying to keep up with all this trading in the NBA?...the Lakers making the biggest splash thus far...giving up on their non-sensical pick a couple of years back...D'Angelo Russell...to get a late 1st round pick this year...to the lowly Nets...geez, LaLa can't be serious about the Ball kid, can they?...the Hawks traded away the once coveted C, Dwight Howard...and...the Q for today, where is Paul George  gonna land?...

I hope the Mets come to SD soon...as they are reeling big time...the debacle last eve in LaLa Land was embarrassing...gave up so many dingers, it was hard to keep track...on the number...the Bum's SS had 3 himself...oh my...and forgive me, you other New York fans...but your Yanks are tanking like for 7 straight times...how is Headley doing ?...ha ha ha...

$28 million bucks on uniforms for the Afghans?...over a decade of this?...who is giving the OK to such a BS thing?...pink slips shall be in order...imagine what we could do with this $ on dealing with our OWN problems...like the homeless...are you disgusted?...

Georgia held a special election for a Congressional spot...and, gulp, the republican candidate won...here's that money issue again...the Demos, themselves,  poured in a reported $23 million bucks for this election...are we not screwed up on the importance of spending our money?...c'mon...

Splitsville...I am talking in the golf world...Lefty and his caddie, Bones...have agreed to part...after 25 years!...not sure of the reason...it is said to be mutual...is that ever the truth?...other than on Seinfeld?...does Tiger need a caddie?...

Joe Torre must have been the investigative lead on the Bachelor in Paradise situation...nothing was found to be in the 'misconduct mode'...ok then...no harm, no foul...play on....and the show returns...think this may have been a 'ploy for interest in the titilating smut down in Mexico?'...ha ha...

KK just admitted to whom?...who cares...that her famous beach scene...she, was, in, fact, photo, shopped...what?...that she did have some cellulite shaded from it...what? surely you jest...this is big time news, not only for the Horse's Blog, but for most every one of my 11 top sources of info...are we all just hungry for news from Camelot?...that is what we call it, right?...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
