Or should that be, pay?...yup, time for them bills...the one constant in our life...I can guarantee ya that each and every one of them will turn up in the mailbox for us to gander on...contemplate and pay up...wouldn't it be nice, if one of them rich companies sent this out, "you've been such a great customer, and thus, we are suspending this month's payment of yours...as our sign of appreciation!"...just one time...

The trip to Chino Hills to play in the Alumni T (Pomona College) was a huge success!...Los Serranos CC...son Cris came down from Santa Barbara and I drove up from SD...he was spectacular and we won the bloody thing by, get this, 5 strokes...our 4th win...but, who's counting?...easily the widest margin of victory...anyway, big bragging rights, especially for him...BTW, the name of Chino Hills?...that's where that UCLA pop Ball is from...and his fam...you may be familiar...

A couple of months ago I stated that Ryan Secrest was a natural for the Kelly Ripa Show...I have seen many of the broadcasts of the wannabe co-hosts...he was by far, the most professional...relaxed and used to this sort of thing...guess what?...he was named the new guy!...this mind of the Horse is great for prognosticating...

Well now, we'll put that theory to use again on this Saturday...as the Kentucky Derby is to be run...still one of my sites to visit, Churchill Downs......am heading over to the off track with HDCP Andy for the gala event...costs a bundle to sit at the bar...and do our betting...yes, it's true...the Horse will start a gazing at the entries soon...this year, more than ever, it is WIDE OPEN!...

The Pads...won the series in San Francisco...as All Star, Wil Myers, hit a 3 run dinger in OT for the win...we aren't that bad...if we just had some better pitching...the combined ERA of our starters is huge...somehow, we have to grab the up and coming chuckers, rather than the ones destined for the last call...

Some dude went berserk just outside of town here...this made the National News Sources...at a condo pool party...had a gun in one hand and a beer in the other...while he was seated pool side...shot at people with the intent to kill...7 or 8 were hit...thus far, one has died...others are in critical condition...another tragedy...

NBA Playoffs...the 2nd round has begun...have I told you they play too many games?...the intriguing to me ones...the Cavs and Toronto...the Warriors and the Jazz...figure the Celts easily beat Washington...and the same for the Spurs over the Rockets...too many games...

And rumor mill...the elimination of the Clip Joint...triggers the notion of the coach getting the heave ho...Doc Rivers...seems to me...that he has his major players get injured too often...not his fault...and coaching your own kid, on any level, is way hard...I just don't see their main guys being too smart at the game...figure there will be some trades...but keep the coach, I say...

Golf...slow play...the worst...THE WORST!...why anyone would take 4 or 5 practice swings is beyond me...lots of banter about the LPGA's dilemma...Christie Kerr is the one on the hot seat...she is very deliberate...am curious to see what that league is going to do about it...if anything...please please please...faster!

DWTS...yes, this is the year, that I don't watch it...tried to kids...too many negatives...especially the mysterious voting numbers...unannounced to what they are...time to pass it on...to others...
