Domination

Hey ya"ll...not sure where you are, but the skies are supposed to open up around here...in fact, as I write IT IS RAINING hard...ha ha...and the start to our Sunday, is upon us...

Is there a better description than DOMINATION by Kevin Durant?...took over the game in Utah...as the Warriors went 3-0 in the series...surprised me, as I was confident that the Jazz would get this one...and it does appear that the Cavs and GS are leading the charge to get to the finals...of course there are others still in the mix...namely San Antonio and maybe, just maybe, Boston...I am a doubter of the Celts...

More info on the Warriors Coach, Steve Kerr...has had recurring back problems...spinal cord leak surgery...egads, sounds dreadful...no wonder he is through for the season...as the trusty right hand man, Mike Brown, takes over the reins of the team...is this a problem for them?...naw...in the NBA, it's all about the blokes you have on the floor...

Speaking of reins...the winner of the Derby, was about the only hoss I didn't match up with...Always Dreaming...man, we had like an hour between the 11th race and the big one...and I didn't catch the winner...much like the entire day... boo...BTW, the off track, Strider's...was jam packed...people standing and sitting everywhere...resembled a bar on New Year's eve...really...go figure...think horse racing is dead?...not by what I witnessed...

The French elect their Prez today...what?...they do their voting on a Sunday?...makes sense to moi...always has bewildered me, that we do ours on a Tuesday, when the worker bees are doing just that...and have to scramble to get in line to vote, during dinner time...right?...makes more sense for the weekend, or...at least have it done on a mail-in system...I dunno...we have some archaic rules...

What a story out of Mississippi...on the grounds of their Medical Center School...they have found the remains of up to 7,000...caskets...of people...it used to be a site of an "Insane Asylum"...and that's apparently where they buried those who died...and the state just built the School right over it...hey, every state used to have 'em...right?...

Tragedy...close by at Torrey Pines High School...a 15 yr old boy brandishing a gun at like 3 am...pointed it at the police...and was gunned down...turns out that the gun the boy had, was a bb gun...not sure how I feel about this...

Our Pads...oh my...more agonizing minutes of torture...you see, we are straddled with the worst pitching staff in all of beisbol...well, MLB...I totally blame the ineptness of the GM, AJ Preller...how he keeps his job is beyond me...there are too many reasons to list them all...but, a quick exit is needed...hey, how about going up to LA and joining the staff of the Chinos...
