Disturbing report out on our diet drinks...Boston U Med...says that a can of the stuff (a week) can lead to a stroke or dementia...or both...relented a bit, and said that maybe not dementia...but definitely the heart thinger...thanks for getting the info out after 50 years of Tab, Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi...OK, time to find an alternative...what you think?...

OK then...if you drink wine, it can lessen the load on the heart...in moderation, of course...there you go...but increases the chance of too much sugar...thus diabetes...shoot, there goes that theory...man, it gets you coming or going...with something bad...

Think about this...most everything you eat has some positives and negatives...cereal, bread, yogurt, cheese, salads, grains...on and on...organic or not organic...I recently told you about strawberries...pretty much you will be left with water only...but...check the fluoride levels...and the toxins...
