Da Weekend

Normally, I'd think that it is groovy that today is Friday...and time for the weekend to begin...all smiles...I recall the euphoric grin for the idea that we get to sleep in the next day...maybe get some golf in...take a mini vacay...whatever...but...

This morning was filled with fears...as Prez T unleashed at least 50 tomahawk missiles at Syria...in response to the Assad's Regime of terror...one may call it a 'warning signal'...as I have told you recently, the area is scattered with oil hungry countries....especially Russia...who somehow has warmed up to Assad...how they could, is beyond my comprehension...

This chemical form of genocide has been going on for at least 7 years in Syria...as the World has turned  its collective heads...apparently, not this Prez...who will NOT allow this...how do you feel about it?...the right way to confront?...this is just beginning...how long will this leader live on?...his days just have to be numbered...I think he knows this and will get more radical...is that what we are thinking?...I am talking about Assad...

Copy cat killer...as this is just in...Stockholm, Sweden...another car (dump truck?) rammed into people walking in that city...early reports have multiple deaths...more acts by scums of the earth...why are they living?...

OK...other much less important things...

Opening day for the Pads at home...as we host the Giants...my oh my...SD stubbed their toes in LaLa Land...winning one of four...the pitching was odious...expected...let's hope the friendly confines of Petco turns this around...however...the fact that we are employing this GM is beyond belief...we are still paying millions to players we traded away...and are stuck with retreads on the mound...this city and organization deserves better...well, go on over there for the $8 beer...

The Masters...SD native, Charley Hoffman, leads the T...battling the wind better than anyone...has a 3 stroke lead after round 1...he used to sport long, blonde locks...a bloody hippy, ha ha...he now is a clean shaven dude...DJ did not tee off, as his back was out of whack...and thus, the bookies were going crazy....this is WIDE open...but, the Horse says this..."keep a keen eye on the Europeans"...

PDX won at home...getting closer to that number 8 playoff spot and a date with the GS Warriors...and will get spanked pretty bad...last night, it was weird...as the home crowd was a bit antsy...even booed the shooting of the C Miles Leonard...?...just an odd...game...

The passing of one of the comedians that I grew up with watching...Don Rickles...he was the guy who belittled everyone...EVERYONE!...like it was an honor to get his wrath...he was especially dynamic on the Johnny Carson Show...you either liked him or hated him...nothing in between...

This father of the UCLA hoopster...LaVar Ball...has the ears of the pundits...apparently me, too...released that the demise of the Bruins was due to playing too many white kids...so is he saying, 'white men can't jump?'...there are some people that should be tuned out...let's start with this bloke...

Does ANYONE care what Scarlet Johansen thinks of Ivanka?!!!!...or, what she thinks about anything?...give me a break, she is an actress that makes way too much money...slap Horse...USA Today does...
