Practice?

'It's just practice'...'c'mon, man...it's just practice'...ah yes, the infamous words of wisdom from the legendary PG from the Philly 76ers...Allen Iverson...when talking about missing a session...of practice...'it's not the game'...well, now the Horse is venturing out into newish territory...going to take some, gulp, golf lessons...from a Pro...my biggest fear?...that he quits his job cuz of moi...I'm not too good a student...

The anti-Trump world is ablaze this am...like every other day...in elation that a judge (now 2) has blocked his 2nd edition of the Travel Ban...seems to me...that most of what he wants to do, is going to be blocked....somehow...this time in the courts...most others are going to be in Congress...checks and balances, kids...checks and balances...

I mentioned the WBC yesterday...and the passion that some countries have for it...the dominance in the beisbol world...well, the games are in San Diego now...over at Petco Park...the USA played Venezuela last night...a come from behind W for the Americans!...listen kids, there were a gazillion cars around here from 4 pm on...couple that with a huge convention...the GQ was packed...

We're number 2...we're number 2!...Forbes Mag listed the 'top' cities for the rental market...San Diego...wait, it was for the most expensive and hard to find rentals...the average...get that right...the average price to rent a condo is $1750 a month...yes...it does cost to live here...the weather...the closeness to most everything...walkability...on and on...is this ranking a good thing or bad?...

The Voice...the banter about between Blake Shelton and what's his name...ha ha...Adam Levine...is hilarious...and keeps that show a running...smoothly...throw in the gals, Gwen Stefani and Alicia Keys...great additions...and it's a party every night...way cool...and they ended last night's edition with a group song...it was awesome...perfect blend of the Voices...can't think of the title of the song...hope I can find it on iTunes...help me out Snooki, what was the title?...

Who was that team?...the PDX Blazers went into San Antonio and knocked off the Spurs...Dame had a career game as Portland is chasing the 8th spot...way cool...that was after a deplorable effort in NoLa...go figure...

Today the Big Dance really starts...get your bracket done...where is the first upset gonna happen?...it will...just hope that YOU have it...and hope I do...too...

The PGA Tour is in Orlando this week...at Bay Hill, 'Arnie's Place'...they are going to honor him...as he passed on this past year...I still recall us going to the event when Cris was like 12 or so...and Marsh sitting on a bank above a pond...and a gator swam toward her...fastest I ever saw her move...Spring Break...

The list came out for the acts coming to the Del Mar Fair...and lo and behold the one and only Williams and Ree are in tow....you don't know them...but for fun, search them out...one of my mom's favorite groups...ever...really...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
