Monday Decaf

Are you all set for a powerful week?...busy times ahead...and we are blessed with the sun to guide us...about time...have loads of golf, here and in the desert...ah, someone has to do it...might as well be moi...

The stage is set for the semis in guys hoops...Oregon vs North Carolina and...Gonzaga vs South Carolina (?)...really...one could make a case for any one of them 4...I am just going with me heart...I do have one...and pull for the west coasters...haven't seen the Vegas odds yet...

Pro Hoops...PDX keeps playing better...of course, they got a W handed them on a silver platter last night in LaLa Land...the Lake Show has done the tank job to try to get the top pick in the draft...they are just awful with very little effort given...oh my...Golden St narrowly beat the Memphis Grizzles...in Alameda...geez, another lazy play day of Curry...he doesn't get it...he could be the complete player...could be...

Get this...we have a fountain that the light went out on...and we are trying to replace it...well now, the fountain was made in Great Britain...the parts are from there, too...and...the company won't sell directly to the US...no UK to US...oh my...back to the drawing board...

Sooo...I had an exorbitant amount of hits on me blog...like well over 2,000...so got an explanation...whenever I adjust my template...it triggers some counter by Google, er somewhere...OK...I sort of get it...my numbers are back to like 115+...I guess...call me confused...and I hope you like what you read...whatever the numbers are...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
