We were a talking...that before Obamacare...it was up to the individual to get their own health insurance...er, health care...from your work, somewhere...and Ocare changed that...trying to get the coverage for all...we are always trying to take care of those who have nothing...it is so hard to do...cuz, it's gonna cost those who have...something...you confused?...well, that's what is trying to be changed...again...something for nothing...

OK, too simplistic...for sure...previous existing conditions, health caps, women equality...generally, some form of containment of the 'out of control' health insurances...that needs to be done...this, is just not easy...debated and Ocare didn't do it...there you go...is Ryan Care gonna solve it?...the $1 trillion dollar Q...
