I'm one of them converted...to the Voice...the sanging show on NBC...just started back up last eve...and....thankfully, they got rid of Miley...and went back to BS's latest squeeze...OMG!, that sounded horrible...I apologize...his gal pal, Gwen Stefani...

Here's the deal...the spark is not so much the undiscovered talent, but the bantering about with the judges...which is fun and seemingly, unrehearsed...if you haven't turned it on...yet...give it a try...

Oh my, the next day...after the Oscar Conspiracy...now THIS was the hot topic...everywhere...even on my sports pundits shows...just made my fellow elders look incompetent...boo...in fact, it was the the dude who handed the envelope with the winning name (s) in it...now termed 'Envelopegate'...or something equally sinister...

One of the schticks that the host, Jimmy Kimmel, did...was bring a bunch of sight seers on...and the headliner was the bloke 'Gary'...and as the millions watched in mild humor form...the guy was just released from a 20 yr sentence from a Cali prison...BTW, do they really get rehabbed?...

Yes, the Kimmel/Matt Damon feud is hilarious...

Tonight...Prez T is addressing the Congress...every word...every look...every mention to anything will be scrutinized to the fullest...ah yes, your turn, CNN...get on it...

The one thing that we all wonder about...if you drop 'Obamacare' what do you replace it with?...and that's what the present regime is attacking...calling it 'extremely complex'...yesssiree Bob...

I am NOT golfing today...there was so much rain here yesterday, that many of our dry beds, became flowing rivers...true story...and the report out at Sycuan is...it is a quagmire...the heat is returning this week...back up to the 80's...finally...

Not so hot, is the start of the Padres...0-3...now, I know it's the Cactus League and all...but, we have been shellacked!...using our minor league pitchers, but so are our opponents...

The guys AP hoop poll...UCLA was the chosen one out of the Pac 12...to advance to the top 4...interesting, as they are 3rd in the league...bigger name than Oregon...who is #6...as North Carolina leap frogged the Ducks...and then, promptly...the Tar Heels got beat by Virginny...serves 'em right...hey, there is no clear fav...anywhere....

US News and World Report...yes THAT mag...came out with a new blast...ranking the best and worst states to live in...their criteria went from education to health care to blah blah blah...their best is in New England...Massachusetts and New Hampshire are one and two...and the south is the worst...the entire south...ha ha...I call 'balderdash!'...it is where you'd like to move to...I'd say, Cali, Arizona, and Florida...the Horse knows...
