Morning, kids...just what does the title of today represent?...lawdy, like many things...have no idea how it came to me head...but, it's a specific thinger...this song...'Laugh Laugh'...was just spinning around...by the Beau Brummels...what?...

A Beau Brummel?...a fancy bloke...one might call, 'a dandy'...everything had to be in perfect condition and in place...hilarious, as the group used this name...as these guys were milling about San Francisco in the early and mid 60's...drumming up their sound and songs...and, ain't nobody during that era was a Beau Brummel...no way, no how...they were all dem Hippies...

Anyway, the song hit the airwaves...like when the Beatles just started to dominate what we all heard...everywhere....like everything that appeared to be British, was in...thus, this song, too...and get this you historians...who produced the song?...none other than a 19 year old...Sly Stone...

Search it out on your old vinyls...or, try iTunes...it was and is, a cool song...that you won't get out of your head...

So...when you heard about the truck ramming into the revelers at the Mardi Gras in NoLo...did you immediately think 'terrorism' like I did?...the real report is that the dude was wasted...stay tuned...many critically hurt...

There is a party here for the Oscars tonite...naw, we are still drying out...and...'too much talk' while the show is going on, is NOT my cup of tea...just a hunch, but if the 'right' (really left) actors and actresses win the prize...they will go on a political rant...my vote is against Meryl...ha ha...please, accept your trophy like this...thank God...thank your parents...thank your significant other (?)...and get the H off the stage...

The Demos elected their new leader of the DNC...the former Labor Secretary, Tom Perez...he narrowly beat out Keith Ellison...who has this to combat...he is a Muslim (allegedly)...anyway, Perez, then named Ellison his vice chair...no comment from the Horse...yet...

Is this the final 'Red Carpet' of the season?...what is she wearing?...the tux is by whom?...why, you can see right thru her dress...where on earth are the KFam?...enquiring minds want to know...
