Ohio

Man, we have come a long way from the song by CSNY, "Ohio"...the celebrations of sport no bigger or better than that city CLEVELAND...as the Cavs were getting their "World Champ" rings and starting up the new NBA season...and right across the cement was the opener of the "World Series" featuring their "Indians"...

Both teams did not disappoint..as the hoopsters destroyed the NY Knickerbockers...they seem deeper to me...and a lock in the east...well now, there are 81 games to go...plenty of time to readjust my thinking...and the beisbol boys whupped the overwhelming favs of the nation, Da Cubbies...pitching wins...and Kluber is as good as it gets...one game at a time, Chicago...relax...however, I did hate the pace of the game...crawled along...

And...this is a huge, make that HUGE state for the Prez election...one might say pivotal...oh yea...will the rate jump on Obamacare have an affect on the race?...it probably will...and Hillary will have to make some last minute speech adjustments to quell that rise...right?...big dagger into the waltz...this may be a lot closer than I have been popping off about...

Elsewhere...

If you are a Golden St Warrior fan, are you squirming a bit right now?...as the Pop led San Antonio Spurs thoroughly destroyed your team...easily, badly, humiliated the Alameda team...hmmm...not sure of the mix...is there enough balls on the floor to satisfy them all?...give them a couple of weeks to figure this out...but...Pop's team play tied 'em up...

The PDX Blazers did not play "fast break" hoops...like they were in pre-season...more of the same of last year...the guards do all their scoring...which is fun, but the limitations are there...still...did beat the Utah Jazz...is there Jazz in Utah?...and...I see the Portland team a middle of the roader....sorry, PNW, but I only tell you like it is...where are Mike and Mike?...

In another week is the CMA's...should that be are?...sounds funny...anyway, the hosts are Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood...the best monologue in all of them award shows...funny, fast paced, and well...it's Carrie and that should pretty much say it all...da best, Jerry, da best...

Boozing...NBC has some worries about their Tonight Show dude, Jimmy Fallon...geez, check out the history of the best ever, Johnny Carson...and the "grip it and rip it" hero of the PGA Tour, John Daly...admitted that he had the stuff in the middle of his rounds, occasionally...shoot, I do too?...what the heck?...who doesn't carry a birdie bottle?...just in case...

If it's Wednesday, it must be the line...been awhile since I have used this....but...the Ducks are favored!?...what?...with that D they should NEVER be...nunca, nada, never...over ASU at Autzen...hmmm...I'll be there in a couple of weeks for the Stanford game...now THERE is a chance...as the Cardinal O has been dreadful...so there is a time that never is not never...please mother nature, give me a break...

Well now...the Horse pushed a cart all 18 holes yesterday...dawg tired...and every bone on my bod is sore...the grounds were wet and soggy...just has been reseeded...like walking in the sand...however, I did have 3 birdies...the most in a round in a very, very, VERY long time...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting...
