Ryder Cup

Alas, this is the pinnacle of golf for moi...the battle of the USA and Europe...well, the blokes who were born there...ha ha...the Ryder Cup...this time it is in Minnnneeeesssota....on the Golf Channel right now...early lead in the 4somes for the US...which is a huge surprise....next 3 days of pure enjoyment...if you like your golf, like the Horse...

The AAA Pads finished up their home season last eve...as it was the last broadcast for Dick Enberg...7 seasons with the club...almost the whole time we have been in SoCal...known for the mighty UCLA Bruins hoop telecasts...from Alcindor to Walton...via John Wooden...def a class act...and a phrase that I use often, "oh my!"...BTW, the Pads lost...on to Arizona for the season ending games...for the highly coveted "Preller Cup"...given to the club that ends up last in the west....

Well now...we got to swim in our own pool...it is truly 82ish...couple that with the recent heat wave...it felt dang good, kids...dang good...

I think we are finally caught up...everything is washed...the suitcases are put away...we are back on to PC time...takes a few days, right?...

Back to the pixels and the golf...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
