Super Pacs...you know, the unfiltered money that mysteriously shows up in an account for them candy men and women, running for Prez...that YOUR Supreme Court deemed appropriate...you, er, the people, don't have the right to know who is giving what to whom...well, the figures are out...for the primaries...who had the most to play with?...this will surprise you...Jeb Bush!...like $126 million...and he reportedly spent most of it on his campaign...what?...reminder, he was the first bloke knocked out...OUT!...how did he spend it so fast?...more details we do not need to know...hey, he got more than the next one in line, Hillary...by $30 million...guess who the RNC really wanted?...money talks...
I dunno...I was speculating...that the Donald was debating about dropping out of the race...ha ha...kind of was the item of some of the pundits yesterday...alas, NO!...he popped into Florida...and continued his rant...nope, this dude is in it for the long haul...hot rumor?...he has had many conversations with the RNC Brass...advising him...does it sink in?...probably a question that only the elite can answer...
Who is gonna get the most benefits if the Demos win?...you KNOW that's why they give money...fuggit about the individual person giving their $27 for Bernie...what about them Super Pacs?...fact is I don't know, and neither do you...does this bother you as much as it does me?...
Here is the question of the day...when did it become the norm...for when a speaker addresses a crowd...he or she is surrounded by like minded folk?...think about the tragedy happenings...when a police sergeant talks to the press, the mayor and all are behind him or her....every time the Prez wannabe speaks, there are people in the background...is this effective?...why?...there must be a study on it...or many of them....
The Padres...er, the Prospects...won the series against the Brew Crew...smashed 'em 12-3...we have had little problem scoring runs...even with the departure of Matty K...and BJ...have enough left over to do so...hmmm...could it be that there are many teams just like us?...very, very average...at best...speaking of that, in come the lowly Phillies for a set...
The View...OK, calm down...I've been retired for a long time now...they are celebrating their 20th year of existence...and correct me if I'm wrong, but this show has turned into something very similar to the HBO Bill Maher one...very liberal...hey, I want both sides...so...I don't watch no more...er, any more...
Finally...things...little things...our condo pool has been redone...ie the pool heater...and the water temp is now 84*...up 2*....this my good friends...is huge!...so now, we go in every other day to swim laps...little things...
