Very Compelling

Extremely compelling...Hillary Clinton...who led the Demo's turn at the center stage, but a week after the Repub.'s gala event...their conventions and nominations...her case was grandiose...the acceptance speech was very presidential in Horse's eyes...now, I knew that there would be this feeling after each of the planted stages...but hers, was exceptional...and her job done well...

Trumps' replies were off the cuff...again...how he would like to hit some of those speakers in the Demo Convention when they said remarks about him...man...I just wonder how the "right" is looking at this all?...maybe, just maybe, she was just talking to her side of the country...and it made no diff to the other...maybe...could be...and the race is now...officially Clinton vs Trump...

Money will be raised...speeches will be done...mud slinging will continue...and grow deeper...just like every race before now...passion on both sides will develop...maybe, there's that maybe again...until September 26...the date of the 1st debate...less than 2 long months...Round One went to Ms. Clinton...

You've heard of Trader Joes?....retail super market around the country...an alternative to the regular food stores in your area...well, we have a Trader of our own...in another market...that of beisbol....Horse calls him Trader AJ...who has done it again...continues his plight of dismantling the team that HE put together last season...ha ha...for yet...another...prospect!...

Buster Olney...he's one of them MLB pundits, that has the early beat on the rumors and trades of the league...reports that two of our starting pitchers...2...TWO...DOS...ZVEI...are heading on to Miami...the Fish...Cashner and Rea...for a 19 yr old slugger....Miami's numero uno pick last year...who has been playing in A ball...lord, who do we have left to start?...we now have major openings...egads...and...there is one trade that Trader AJ has left on the table, C Norris...have your bags packed, Derek..
More info on the trade...the Fish added another pitcher and two, yet to be named blokes...

PGA T...after day 1, what slaps you in the face?...sorry Donald, I borrowed your line...I look at the guys who are lurking close by...Jason Day, Rickey, the Swede, and the German...at least I didn't call them by slang terms...one of them blokes will emerge as the victor...kind of think it will be Day...but...don't ever...never...bet on my pix...

Talking about trades...the one that brought the extreme closer to the Cubbies from the Yankees...the Cuban Missile launcher...who routinely throws it at above 100 mph!...really...and makes that team a sure bet to get to the NL final series...Chapman...will go down as the biggest giveaway since Babe Ruth to the Yanks...ha ha....who was he?...reminds me of the chuckle a couple of my golf mates had...as we sarcastically called one of our own, Magoo...referring to the 50's cartoon character...what made us laugh, is the other dudes in our group had no idea who that was...they weren't born yet...

There is a new CD out today...which has had a few of the tracks let out early...and I absolutely love them...lurve...some are religiously made...well, have spiritual backgrounds to their message...I'm OK with this...many of our classics do to...I have teased you enough...it's by the gal from the group Lady Antebellum....another Hillary...this time, it is however,  Scott...count Horse as one of the blokes to purchase it...give it a look on iTunes...it may tickle you...

We had the day of days...yesterday...top down Beamer ride over to Mission Beach and had a lay out there...the weather was perfect...81*...came back and decided to go into our condo hot tub...here's the story...our building has had a changeover in management at the top...the pool area has had 8 months of reconditioning...and is 95% completed...but...I have been noticing more people frolicking in the pool more than ever since we moved here...like 5 years + now...so...as we were about to go into the hot tub, we stuck our feet in the swimming pool...what?...it was warm!...up to 84*...wowser!...we went into the pool...frolicked ourselves...about time....why would we go anywhere else now?...ha ha...topped the night off, down at Las Hadas, with a beverage and some great Mex-plates of grub..happy hour prices...who's cheap?....it's just smart buying...

Some peops give me guff about the way I talk about the K Fam...bury it dudes...can't stand 'em...can't stand the way they got their notoriety...can't stand the way they treat Taylor...can't stand any of it...I blame our society...and theirs...

Today...hopefully...today...we finally get our microwave fixed...you can't believe how many things we zap...and we miss it...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
