Oh my, the FIRE SALE is still going on in San Diego...the Padres...and their fearless GM, AJ Preller...you know him, as Trader AJ...who has done a perfect 180*...and is in the midst of trading away all the blokes he brought in for HIS 1st season...really...OK, if you have been reading me for some time...this is ancient news...but still informative...

The latest item is probably the most curious...the trade of RF Matty Kemp...probably our most powerful hitter...who...suddenly...became expendable...er, tradable...in essence, Trader AJ dumped him and his contract...he bought him out...to the amount of $30 million +...to the Atlanta Braves for a dude who has been banned from baseball for most of this season...domestic abuse...oh my...what is going on?...where are we going?

The Padres announced the addition of a country singer, Joe Nichols, to have a pre game concert on August 17, I think about then...oh my....Trader AJ got wind of it...thought otherwise...and you got it...traded him for a six pack of Bud...and a prospect!...

Speaking of that...the Padres have changed their nickname!...they no longer feel the need to have any religious affiliation...so...they are now called the San Diego Prospects...what?...with the average age of the new team to be around 19 years of age...the colors of the team have changed, too...to powder blue...gone are the
caps, too...the youngins will be wearing bandanas on their heads...alas, the picture here seems almost Native...see, we breed the change of the new king of baseball...AJ...who, he and only he, has the vision to guide the mighty San Diego people out of the depths of the cellar in Major League Baseball...well, I feel saved...don't you?...

Well geez...we took Snooki to the game last eve...did not see Kemp on the field and the dugout...knew that something was up...the seats we had were outstanding...at the Omni Club eatery...better than sitting with the normal folks...ha ha...as we cheered for whomever was wearing the Padres old unis...you needed a program to figure out the blokes...BTW, all the newly acquired Prospects, are playing in the minors....some where...anywhere...anyway, we lasted for 5 innings...a 1-0 thriller at the time...not...

The before the Prospects team, that SD trotted out there...won the game on a walk off HR in OT...jubilation?...I'm confused...
