The Heat

"The heat, my gawd, the heat"...actually, not around here...but covers most of the west coast...especially up in Calabasas...north of LA in the area that houses the rich and famous, well, rich...one of them dang wild fires...the desert is in the 111* territory....egads, I read that Portland, OR is about at 97*!...what is happening?...it's the beginning of June...we are stuck in the low 70*, thank you...just right...

How about them Padres...won again last eve...thank gawd for the Rockies...who are loaded, yet, just seem to find a way to get beat by our rag, tag, group...get this...cuz of our trade of the disgruntled (or inept, according to owner Ronny) James Shields, we have a gap in our starters for today's final game vs Colorado...so...remember that relief staff that gave up the 12-2 lead the other day?...well, they are back at it again...going to start and split the Sunday fray...ha ha...do not bet on us....duh...

Jacks' Memorial T...reminder I told you about the lightning there at this time of year...yup...hit yesterday...causing a big delay...not sure if they finished round 3...holy moly the plight of Jordan on the greens...hard to imagine he won last week...he was awful yesterday...but...there are a lot of blokes who could win this...pulling for Kuch...who seems to always play well there...horses for courses...

I suppose there is no way to stop the Hillary Super Delegate splurge...the Bern is trying...you know this is true...the DNC wants her...but...just calm down...let's see how the people vote on Tuesday...maybe this will clear everything up...maybe...I will say this much, either one of them is superior to the other side's candy man...right?...

Chapter 2...of the NBA finals..5 pm today in Alameda...the line is 5 1/2...favoring the Warriors...to me, a crucial game for the Cavs...they must play much better than game 1...if not, this could be over in 4...doubt it...watch closely if the ref crew includes Scott Foster...what am I inferring?...if he's doing the game...flop flop flop...$$$...and a trigger T...could affect the series if he goes off on SF's Draymond Green...

The Eighties...the show on CNN...talked about the great songs of the decade...excuse me...but, I refer to that era, as bad tunes...very few that were of value...OK, that could be just me...no comparison to the late 60's and early 70's...maybe I'm an old hippie, and I don't know it...ha ha...
