Monday Decaf

Wooah, what do we have here?...turrible night of sleep...like muggy...full of crazy dreams...could hardly wait to arise...can't imagine living in the desert in the summer...now THAT'S fragmented thinking and sentencing...

Feel good story of the day was that of the PGA Tour in DC...where the winner was Billy Hurley the III...hmmm...1st time for him...the rest of the story...he is a Naval Academy Grad...served 5 year term thereafter...got back into golf after that...last year, during this T, his dad, a police guy...went missing...was found...and subsequently committed suicide...Billy, has a wife and 3 kids, one being an adopted child out of Ethiopia...anyway...burdened with loss of his dad and all...he persevered through it...hit some amazing shots...right there in the background of Annapolis, the site of the Academy...and won!...tears were all over the place...Peter Kostis, the NBC announcer, told Billy, that this was the feel good story of the year...I agree...

Staying in golf...BTW, is it not the hardest game of all to play?...even for the bigs...however, one might not agree with that if you watched Lydia Ko in action...who won in Arkansas...easily...just as her swing is...easy...hardly takes a divot...geez, mine are pelts...my hope, Morgan Pressel, hung on for 2nd...

The aftermath of the British exit of the EU...still is being felt in the financial world of the well, the world...really interested what Britain is going to do...as there are other countries debating the same ordeal...I dunno...seems like it tears a country apart...like starting over...might take years to recover...so says the Horse...there is a huge divide there...the young people want to stay in the EU, and the elders want the severance...hmmm...I think that the problems have just begun for GB...

You see the big confrontation in the cap city of Cali?...Sacramento...where some Neo Nazis were demonstrating...and met up with some non believers....in lieu of guns, knives were used...and there were many stabbings...the numbers are up in the air...which made me think of the History Channel story of the evasive Hiitler...did he really take his own life in that bunker at the end of Germany's quest for world domination?...

Many of the elite Nazis fled to South America as their empire was crumbling...had a pipe line through Spain to Argentina...where the leader, Peron, was a huge Nazi sympathizer...in fact, there was and still is a large German population in that country...they assimilated there, and also in neighboring SA places....as far away from Nuremberg as they could get...like in the thousands, kids...it really is fascinating and yet disturbing...many things are, after that part of the war was over...check it out...

Speaking of relocating...ha ha...you know that only I could make light of it...now...I mean NOW is the right time to seek out a 2nd home here in downtown San Diego...where you can live year round...you can get a 1 bed/1 bath condo for $300,000...in a high rise with a view, or maybe, a mid rise with a pool...give Marsh a call....you just may be a neighbor...

Twitter...you Tweet?...I made a comment about the lack of production of a newbie...a mismatched bloke that the Padres are trying out at 2B...Schimpf...batting .115 after a couple of weeks of play...some dude took exception and wanted to debate me...ha ha...said that the Pads need to give him more time...must have been his agent or brother, or the combo thereof....

I have yet to find some All Star game tix...unless I pay like $270 a pop for general admission...hmmm...I have to hit the Pick 5 first...maybe I should give that a try...

Say it isn't so Hilz...the hot rumor is that dizzy miss Lizzy is joining the campaign trail...don't you want to win?...well, the Donald, has Sarah on his....so, I guess there is some form of equality there...right?...

Today...I make my Costco run...Marsh has left me a bloody list...boo...
