Friday Fun

Hey kids...this is how I got up this am...thought it was a cool pix to share...and now...but 30 minutes later...fog...the beach weather...it is what it is...hmmm...so how'd your night go?...relax and watch some hoops, or the debate, or...whatever?...

I lied...I did watch the debate of the Repubs...like the last 2/3rds of it...hmmm...my take?...the RNC got to the boys and told them to clean it up...which they did...the only trash talking was done by Rafael (Ted) Cruz...who is emerging as the clear 2nd choice...what do you get for coming in second?...ha ha...anyway...Marco knows Cuba...I'll give him that and the embassy job there...that oughta stir up what's left of the Castro Regime...right?...for all the time that I have said good things about the Guv, Kasich...not last nite...I thought his answers were from Mars...babbling on and on...and...the Donald?...the candidate...acted more like one...face it kids...BTW...this am, expect the good doctor, Ben Carson, to ENDORSE Trump...are you thinking part of the Donald's eventual ticket?...hmmm...

House of Cards...geez, how many episodes did we watch last nite?...lots...I'm just theorizing...but...I see Claire weaseling her way to the presidency...fear a major coup...have nothing to base that on...hmmm...how goofy is that?...a first lady with a notion that she could become the Prez?...who on earth would write such a script?...these NETFLIX shows...gosh...they just get more and more far fetched...right?...

It's moving week for the college hoops...as these teams battle for a spot in the Big Dance...by winning their own league playoffs...I see parts of many games...I dunno...then the bloody RPI...a system that values who you played and beat throughout the season...gives a number for you to be saddled with...hmmm...still...I do like Kansas, Virginia, and Mich St...as the top dogs...so many others very near....believe me kids, I have NO CLUE!...

Golf...the tour is in Florida...where the weather is not Gator like...cool and stormy...and...guess who has been struggling?...the fair haired boy from Texas, Jordan Spieth...who'd a thunk that?...it's such a hard game...doesn't take much to throw it off...now, it's his putting...remember way back, talking to my old colleague, Mo Fitzsimons...who's kid played and won on the tour...said putting was the major killer...once you lose it, it is all over...hmmm....

Soul searching...we actually went on a bike ride yesterday...way cool...BTW, great bike paths here...weird that it would be so in the city...anyway...we stopped and did a lot of theorizing...you know kids, we never stay in one spot too long...have pretty much reached our limit...here it is...nothing happens until M says "no mas"...could be a while...we have smelled Maui, Nashville, NYC, the desert, the SoCal ocean...all possibilities...even Santa Barbara...that might be too close to the kids...they need their space...we don't want to be the "oh, it's the parents, again"...nope...so you doubters, or haters, or whatever...we are a looking...it is true...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
