Think how ridiculous the "selection committee" did their job...I am a huge doubter...no better example than the seeding of the darlings, most every year, of the west...the Gonzaga Bulldogs...affectionately called "the Zags"...a non-football U...that, placed in the very cold climate of the northwest part of the state of Washington...in Spokane...imagine the sales pitch by the recruiters for the school to get their guys there...

Well now...the Zags have danced into the sweet 16...upsetting, make that "upsetting?" their latest victim...the over-hyped Pac 12 Utah Utes...once called the "Redskins"...take note Washington NFL Team...showing the hoops world that the real value is in the winning of games in their respective leagues...not the so called "power leagues", where so many teams make the T out of reputation...just a smashing win...and on they go...power to the people, right on...

The winner of the Pac 12 league...the Ducks...play today...I'm cool with them....you see, the WON their games in their division...see?...not so hard, committee...loads of commendations for the architect of Oregon....Dana Altman...not sure how he does it...but he does have different blokes every year, so it seems...and they peak at the end...a real talent...I fear he will be swept away by one of them "power leagues" soon...anyway...will watch the pixels today pulling for 'em against St. Joseph...

My pick to win it all, Virginia, had a battle to get by Butler...really good game...do I think they are the best?...shoot, I don't know...there are teams that are more flashy...they are tight...play solid D and use the clock well...Kansas and UNC looked like they are more talented...but, that doesn't necessarily win big games...

 Trump in Arizona...geez...he draws the crowds...more than any of the other candy men and woman...with that comes the protestors...not that his isn't controversial...I mean, c'mon...more of the same...people get fired up...and react poorly...this is unique?...naw, has happened over many elections...still, a disturbing thing to watch...I guess more screening is needed...I dunno...

Got a friendly reminder that the ladies are also playing their version of the Big Dance...and that the OSU Beavers have a tremendous team in the T...been ranked all year and have been in the Top 10 most of it...don't get me wrong, I respect it...however, there is UConn...who has had a monopoly on the title for some time...right?...good luck Beavs...maybe you can dethrone the champs...

In Orlando...the Arnie T...which we have been at...Jason Day is holding on...thru big time rain...there are some mighty good players close...Justin Rose...Henrik Stenson...Troy Merritt...who?...anyway...

The Spurs held court...beat the mighty Warriors in Texas...relax kids...C Bogut and top reserve Iggy were out...and Curry was 1/12 from long distance...just a feeler...let it go...if it gets to these two teams, it will be a beaut of a series...

The Pads finally didn't lose...a tie...with the other bad team in our division...the Rockies...unfortunately, our number 4 or 5 starter got lit up...5 earned runs in 5 innings...geez...

NIT...Washington at SDSU tonight...go Aztecs...let's just see how the leagues match up...hmmm....take a look at this "selection committee"...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
