Oregon Making The News

Hey now...the great state of Oregon is making the news...a militia is taking over a Fed Building in Burns...it's the headline for the Huffington Post...and the small band of farmers are willing to stand their ground "for some time"...read the issue of grazing rights in the area...hmmm...I think it's like 3 brothers leading the uprising...

Another headline, leading the sports world...was the utter collapse of the Oregon football team at the Alamo Bowl, in San Antone....up 31-0 at half, and then...gulp, er choke...losing in 3 OT's...fact is...the center and QB went down...and the backups are not very good...to be nice...and the game for UO, was dependent on their defense in the 2nd half...hmmm...touting the worst DC in the collegiate game...it was an embarrassing thing to witness...well, some OSU Beaver fans enjoyed it...ha ha...well...the nation had it's story line...fact...this is not a well coached machine...sorry Duck fans (i.e. me)...need to add some depth, and some new life into what makes them go...

Well...I played some decent golf...got my best score for a long while...albeit, it included a 2 shot penalty for hitting the wrong ball...egads, what a nerd...I'm the only bloke who hits a Callaway...and one of my partners switched to one...threw me off...fuggit about it...I found my driving stroke...and man, the game is a lot easier from a shorter distance to the hole...and in the fairway...ha ha...won the $...life is good...

The Middle East just got a lot more turbulent...go figure...as Iran is getting involved...and chaos will rule...a real great time to get outta there...and let them do what they have to do...can't imagine any of the candy men and woman saying that...the bottom line is Saudi Arabia....executing a Cleric...stay tuned...it will get worse...

Hilz got her wish and boast...the Donald is in a recruiting video for ISIS...no doubt a ploy picked up from her rant...and I say to you all, it's a shame she would stoop to it...and go into foul play...it, too, is only the beginning...my golfing buddies don't say nice things about her...ha ha...and...they call me the Democrat...amongst other worse things...the polarization of the parties is just in it's infancy...

Going to go over to this new place in the hood...Strider's...and bet the ponies...ah yes...there will be NFL dudes there watching the final set of regular games...prior to the playoffs...and...the last "San Diego" Chargers...bye bye Bolts...2 blocks away...Santa Anita is running...

Tonight...on PBS...the first showing of the last season of Downton Abbey...no better show on the pixels...are you into it yet?...rent or buy the beginning of it all...you, too, will be hooked...trust Horse...
