Like it or not...the Donald is leading more substantially than ever...the latest Monmouth College (not that one) has him at 41%!....the next in line is Rafael (Ted) Cruz at 14%...unless there is a colossal collapse, there you have it...ABC has their's at 38% to 15%...pick your, well, you know...

Well...tonight in Vegas, we have the Repubs 5th and final debate...well, this year, anyway...figure this is the last time that the gloves have to be put on...and the lower ranked blokes and blokette have to come out swinging...and try to take down Mr. Trump...as his contestants called him on his reality show...right?...ha ha...BTW, it's at the Venetian...lordy, it's been a while since we've been there...

Interesting feedback on my plan for securing our country...better...we must do more...Prez O addressed the issue yesterday...keep the country informed...at all times...

35 years ago, our life changed...for the better...as our son, Cristopher, was born...I'm sure we are like all parents...so proud of our boy...wish him the best for this day...shoot, for every day...

It's actually coldish here...like 51*...which is way low...and we all take out our heavy coats...put on long pants...toss the flip flops in the closet...find some socks and shoes...slip on the beanie...

Speaking of that...the NBA had an announcement...remember last week, I talked about a player (Rondo from Sac) who got the heave ho for staring down a ref...there was more to the story...appears that the striped guy was in fact, gay...and he came out...and the player made some caustic remarks about that...give me a break...should have nuttin to do with what he does for a living, right?...times have changed, Rondo...you need to, too...

I still have a bad calf...and have to pass on the golf yet again...rest is the cure...damn...you know how much I hate not swinging the sticks...

It's official...my fantasy football team is through for the year...whupped in the playoffs...I'm thinking about firing the coach...at least the OC...wait, that's me...

Have you read about the amounts of $ that the fired football coaches get in severance pay?...like in the millions...really?...yup, the colleges get greedy...fire their head guy...before his contract is up...and have to pay him...at the level they signed him for...when they thought that they had THE DUDE...to change their program around...

Breaking news...the LA School Dist...has closed all schools today...there is a non-specified threat...turn on the pixels...
