This is the one, and only one of these awards thingers that I LIKE!...the hosts are great and it's a fun time...of course, you have to like country music...but, even if you don't...turn in for the monologue...Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood...it's THAT good and funny...Country Music Awards...I think it's on ABC...8 pm...

The Lake Show...oh my...you know, I said that PDX was going to be the last team in the league, er in the west...in my fearless predictions...fuggit about it...the Blazers play hard and have some decent pieces...the Lakers?...not so much...and Kobe?...I look for him to retire in the month...they are awful...

We had a torrential downpour last eve...thunder and lightning throughout the nite...very unique for here...and put todays' golf T in jeopardy...don't depart til 10:45...so, should hear one way or the other by then...save me a 30 minute trip...I think it will be on...but, a lot of blokes don't play in the bad weather around here...including moi...

The latest poll has Ben and the Donald in a virtual tie...really?...can't see either one of them Prez...but, last night there were some voting places for real...and the Repub candy men won...I fear that is going to be a trend...unless the Demos actually get out...and VOTE!...there's a long way to go, but...

The first NCAA top 10 was put out yesterday...the numero uno?...Clemson...what?...and Ohio St?...3rd...Baylor, Mich St, and TCU all are ranked after the media dahlings 'Bama and Notre Dame...pooh...I've seen both of them play...and they are NOT top 4 material...booo...and that jerk coach from the Irish...he continues to amaze me that he keeps his job...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
