No Cigar

Hey hey...I was dang close...hit the first 3...and that was it...too many favs...and the Pick 5 passed me by...and did get two Pick 3's...but little $...as the top hosses ran the way they should...and it was one of them days...

The table at Cafe del Sol...well, it was in the Turf Club area...which means it costs $4 more to get there...boo...the food?...the same as the other...boo...however, the Coaster is a big yes...and makes the trip so much better...the car trip back from Del Mar can be and usually is, brutal...

The Demos...Bernie has pulled ahead of Hillary?...hmmm...in New Hampshire...a trend...as he draws thousands when he meets with the peops...she needs to get in the arenas...she had a huge lead 8 years back, when Barack picked up momentum...deja vu...maybe?...

Pre-season NFL...here tonight in SD...as the Carson Bolts host the Cowboys...in years past, this was a big deal...there may be protests and all...as the league is trying to justify moving the Chargers...the big money owners...laugh in the face of anything that this city brings up...give them the finger...and you know which one...

The Pads did not get the sweep...as the pattern continues...huge mental mistake...a balk...missed sign led the embattled Shields to let in the go ahead run...I have never seen or heard of so many of these types of things happening...I repeat...this team does this sort of thing...every game!...

The PGA is going right now...does not hit the pixels until 11 am...boo...for the Majors, it should be on...NOW...oh well...I have picked my 5...and that's a bunch of should be there guys...I think that Jason Day will win...you have to hit it long at Whistling Straits...in Wisconsin...this is the place that has all them bunkers...that don't look like bunkers...and cost Dustin Johnson the win the last time it was held there...boo...

For all the bad times in Seattle...the Mariners got to celebrate...a 34 yr old Iwajuma, threw a no-hitter versus the Orioles...up in the PNW...very fun stuff...BTW, the Pads have never thrown one...or had a bloke to hit for the cycle...boo...

You think that Tom Brady will be out for any games?...he is suspended for 4, if you believe the NFL...in court now, and I think it will be thrown out...so to speak...and he will get no penalty...

The big heat is coming back...like 100* type...where I golf in El Cajon...boo...and so is the humidity...what the heck?...

A grocery store visit is in the offing...boo...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
