Correction

Wonder why I'm here?...bad tummy...either the happy hour food, or the questionable turkey at lunch...eegads...and I stayed away from the course this am...

The Dow is in a correction...let's see how this goes today...after a horrendous day...dropped almost 600 puts...and it should be the time to buy buy buy...we didn't...cuz we are chickens...watch Apple and Alaska Air...dang...

I'm in a study mode for the fantasy football draft...hmmm...and guess is the magic word...there are those who say to get a RB before the QB...not me...I want the thrower...I don't draft until like 7th...so will be left with some real "guesses"...boo...

It's all timing...as we are getting new countertops...the tricky thing is...scheduling the bloody freight elevator...as there are 182 units in our high rise...and it's first come, first serve...and we are at the mercy of others...cuz we scheduled late...a definite negative compared to the single unit home site...

Which we did look at yesterday...a very cool place in North Park...built in 1911...historic...and is 3 blocks from Balboa Park and Golf Course...very attractive...well kept...and intriguing...makes us think a bit...and if we sold here, it would work...hmmm...

I'm just hearing on the pixels that we may be getting a rain cell...in the next few hours...this is a new thing...thought we were in a heat stage...geez, the last month seems more like Florida than ever before...

The Pads are in DC...which I have told you we are playing a struggling and under-performing Nats...and yet, SD is decidedly dogs to Wash...apparently, we don't travel well...ha ha...

Silly season...saw the number one pick Winston with the TB Bucs...I thought he looked sharp...and it just may be a rookie thing...but the older boys were teeing off on him...just like was happening to Mariota...bullies...

More on the countertop thinger...we have to have it all done by Saturday...as we are hosting a dinner...and the way the building works...you can only have workers do their thing from Mon-Fri, 8-5...talk about pressure...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
