Hey now...yes, that Jordan Spieth is the REAL DEAL!...won his 4th tourney in this year...as a 21 year old...wow!...and this time coming from behind...had to hit some critical shots and putts...and then won it in OT...and off he goes to the British Open this week...I will NOT bet against him...BTW, don't overlook Tiger...really, I have a hunch he will be in the mix...

Miss USA...knew I'd perk you up...it has been a Trump produced thinger...and the networks wouldn't touch it...they did find one that would show it...I have NEVER heard of it....and can't tell you now the name...anyway, Miss Oklahoma won...there you go...

The MLB All Star game...this time in Cincy...where the legendary Pete Rose dominated...until he was booted for betting on baseball...as a manager...I digress...the interest is that the Pad's Brass is there and watching closely as to how to host...as SD does it's version next year...get this...to secure seats to the event ( next season), you have to get 1/2 season tix this year and full season tix NEXT year...oh my...I'll watch it on the pixels...

You notice the price of gas?...varies so much around the area...it was 50 cents cheaper a gallon out at El Cajon...???...that's ridiculous....I think they were gouging the Comic Con peops...

And finally...if you are a producer for any of the Miss Whatever contests...fuggit about asking any questions that have any relevance...you will stump them all...they are there for their beauty...duh....

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
