Just when you thought that you could buy a donut and feel safe about the condition thereof...Lick-gate...more about this later...

I have never been to New Orleans to the Mardi Gras...but somehow, this town of SD has it's own share of festivities...and Comic Con is like no other....we set ourselves at a local watering hole...and took in the afternoon's share of crazyness...they shut down 5th Avenue...and the peops parade and well...just wander about...as we watch...I took a few shots and posted to Facebook...very fun, my friends...

Also on a high is Serena Williams...who won yet another Wimbledon...in a world of her own...

On their own path is the bumbling Pads...who have sunk to new depths...lost the 6th straight...and did it in yet another frustrating fashion...poor D and untimely K's...and the starting P got lit up...look at all the single letters I use for this...p-a-t-h-e-t-i-c...who ya gonna call?...Ghostbusters...

Ha ha...a new version of the 80's movie...this time the stars are women...what?...

In need of a remedy...the sound system I am using...Sonos...I have all the speakers working...but it's not 5.1...my installer has quite the job to do...however, the outside speaker works like a charm...it'll just take time, kids...there is promise on the horizon...

You can't go anywhere without cameras on you...if you are famous...tell that to little singer Aryana...Grande...is that a weird name or what?...anyway, she was in a donut shop in LA...and she was caught licking one of them delights...as she was waiting to get served...on the counter...prior to buying...ick, er lick...

All economic's eyes are on Greece...what they are going to do to survive...especially the European Union...wait, is that what they are called?...you KNOW what I mean, though...

Keyboarding and typing are the same, right?...easier to correct all the mistakes I make...and that is a huge number...

There are those out there that would vote for the Donald...relax, people...wait for the debates of the Repubs...the real voice will come out....and if you STILL feel the same way, good on ya...you have your man...

That's it...somebody stole my entire bottle of Beam...I can't find it anywhere...Sammi?...

Why is no one talking about the possibility of Sec of St John Kerry for Prez?...doing a great job...hmmm, watch out Hillary...

The Minnesota Timberwolves...who drafted and traded so well....are super excited by their young guns...and actually had 15,000 show up for a practice game...I like their chances in the near future...put them on your NBA map...

Say what you want, but the Florida St football team recruits at QB have been dismal...and well, it's an embarrassment to the school...get it together...

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country.... Tonight, we hear another exceptional orator...President Bill Clinton ...it's almost like taking a class in college...Speech 101...BTW, I was turrible at it...just in case you were wondering......
