Morning kids...it's a fine day in the hood...the hot topics only here in the blog...only the hottest!...and what leads the way?...well now, it has to be the waving of the flag...what?..you bet...with the Confederate one condemned and taken down...a new one emerged...as the Supreme Court made it a law...every state has to allow same sex marriage...

How do you feel about this?...Horse says about time...also, it seems to me...that the waving of the "gay flag" probably burns in the craw of those who have allegiance to the history of the Confederate one...am I right?...you know, it's a very conservative set of states...

And another thing...the vote was 5-4...hmmm...why is there 4 against?...just to tell you the type of split that this country has in place...over this issue...it's still there...tread lightly...

The manhunt...as one of the escapees got caught and er, killed...and the other is still a running...appears they didn't get far...and he will get his do...very soon...seems like a movie...right?...

We went on a bike ride yesterday...been awhile...it was so nice...traveling the bay front is of no equal...and we ended up in Little Italy...had lunch...and there's the problem...I had Chowder...which got to me last eve...bad night....

The boy and I are going to Nashville in October...watch a Tennessee Titan game...you know, the one that has the Duck QB at the helm...Mariota...booked the flight, room, and the tix...never been there...so excited!...

Most of the time...we don't give any credence to soccer...there are heavy questions about rigging of the games...sad, really...but when it gets to national pride...the world soccer...the gals are representing real well...and had a big W versus China yesterday...and move on to play France...remember the ref from the previous game...er, yellow flagged us, er US...all conjecture...

Get this...the state sends out 2 plates to put on your rig...unlike Orygun, only the back ones have the stickers on 'em...but...the BMW has no holes in the front bumper...so, you either go without...or have to go back to the dealer, to have them drill the holes...which I am going to do...

Another shark attack in North Carolina...hmmm...don't the folks believe that they are there?...and...remember the sub thing in Maui...a passenger went under and took video of many sharks swimming about...just off the coast of Lahaina...where we snorkel all the time...maybe not this time...you must respect the seas...

Prepping for the RV trip to my 50th Reunion...trying to figure out where we are going to camp out...who we are going to meet...a real dilemma...it's a 10 day whirlwinder...it takes us 2 days to get there and 2 days to return...that leaves 6 days in Oregon...where we are going to stay in Bend for 3...so only 3 in Salem...very sticky, my friends...probably will pass on the golf tourney...as every email I've sent out, has been met with silence...have real doubts about the reunion itself...you know, old people...

The Pads...got a 1st win over the DBacks...in this set...did it with great baselining by the new 2B Spangenberg...his speed got us 2 of the 4...and our pitching was like olden days...whew...let's get game 2...right?...right!...

Down the street there is a big chili cook off going on...me?...not today...I'm still recouping from the chowder...and dang, I lurve chili...not today...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
